May update
The warm weather is finally here! The change of season is the perfect opportunity to encourage your colleagues to get outdoors and get moving. Why not encourage a walking meeting or perhaps start an office running club?
In this month's newsletter we’ve got tips, training plans and incentives to get you and your colleagues on the move.

Champs cheer
Champs monthly cheer
We want you, our Champions, to award someone in your organisation who has really lived the Vitality values. This could be anything from moving up a Vitality Status, to joining a running or walking club. We want you to recognise your colleagues for their hard work and commitment to living a healthy life.
Please pick one colleague this month who you thinks deserves to be awarded the Champs Monthly Cheer badge, take a photo and share with: champs@vitality.co.uk.
