With its short term stress relieving effects and habit forming properties, it’s a pattern which is relatively easy to slip into without even realising it. Meanwhile no matter how healthy your eating or exercise habits, alcohol could be taking its toll on your mood, your energy, your weight, your sleep, your skin, not to mention increasing risks of serious health problems such as heart disease and diabetes.

This workshop is designed to spark motivation for re-evaluating drinking habits and provide the tools to change them for the long term. Attendees will gain eye opening fact-based insights and feel more empowered when it comes to shaping drinking habits. This would be a great way to support ‘Dry January’, ‘Go Sober for October’ or Lent.

How do I decide which workshop is right for my company?

We believe that each of our workshops offers a valuable employee experience. If a client is looking for recommendations around a specific heath risk, it’s best if they speak to their dedicated Vitality account manager, a Vitality Coach or member of the workplace wellbeing events team.

How much do workshops cost?

Workshop prices start at £250 + VAT. Please contact the workplace wellbeing events team at for individual workshop prices.

How soon can I book a workshop?

Bookings must be made at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance of the proposed workshop date(s). Workshops are booked by emailing the workplace wellbeing events team at We recommend providing three potential workshop dates with your request.

What is a workshop and how does it work?

A workshop is an interactive seminar on a specific wellbeing topic designed to engage, equip and inspire your employees to improve their health. The workshop format is a combination of forum learning and attendee participation. Participants will leave the workshop with a health related skill they can apply both at home and in the workplace.
