In this workshop, you’ll learn all about heart rate training, why it’s important and strategies for using your heart rate zones to get the most benefit from your exercise. Before leaving the session, you’ll practice measuring your heart rate, identifying your training zones and assessing your physical effort. Put on your trainers and don’t skip a beat!
