This 60-minute interactive workshop to learn why upping your activity is worth your while and how to apply the FITT (frequency, intensity, time and type) principle to get the most out of your activity time. You’ll leave the workshop with a 7-day action plan that incorporates your favourite activities and equips you to hit your weekly activity target.
