We are living in an age of digitisation, immediacy and constant distraction, which when left un-checked can sometimes result in feelings of being overwhelmed, anxiety and burn-out. It is imperative we take control of our relationship with technology, and in particular with our inbox. So much of work today involves our inbox and emails; are you creating more hassle, less productivity and more stress through bad habits?

This workshop teaches how to build and maintain good habits with your email; become the master of your inbox instead of the servant, find the joy in work once again.

Participants will leave feeling empowered with a toolkit of strategies to regain control and enhance wellbeing. 

The approach of this workshop is very much experiential, requiring active participation and interaction amongst the group and self-reflection.

How do I decide which workshop is right for my company?

How much do workshops cost?

Workshop prices start at £250 + VAT. Please contact the workplace wellbeing events team at for individual workshop prices.

How soon can I book a workshop?

Bookings must be made at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance of the proposed workshop date(s). Workshops are booked by emailing the workplace wellbeing events team at We recommend providing three potential workshop dates with your request.

What is a workshop and how does it work?

A workshop is an interactive seminar on a specific wellbeing topic designed to engage, equip and inspire your employees to improve their health. The workshop format is a combination of forum learning and attendee participation. Participants will leave the workshop with a health related skill they can apply both at home and in the workplace.
