Supporting Working Parents

Relevant for Mums and Dads of kids of all ages, participants learn a framework of self-care that allows nourishment of ourselves – head, heart and body – in time and energy efficient ways, examining the demands that working parents face and the impact on their health and wellbeing.
Participants leave with tips and tools to help them cope and boost resilience, including strategies to support sleep and relaxation and nutrition and lifestyle hacks. All of these strategies take little time, energy or expense and help parents manage the unique stresses they face.
