The Sleep Revolution

Time to get on board
The pace of modern living can be swift and relentless. Sleep is often sacrificed in an effort to keep up with the demands of our schedules. In fact, it’s estimated that we’re now sleeping 20% less on average than we were as a population in the 1960s.1

Research has demonstrated how critical sleep is to overall mental health and wellbeing. Britain’s Healthiest Workplace 2017 found that employees who sleep less than six hours per night lose more than twice as many working hours due to absence and presenteeism than those who sleep more than seven hours. Employees with sleep quality difficulties do less physical activity, drink more alcohol, are more likely to be smokers, show higher work-related stress and are five times more likely to suffer from depression than those without any sleep difficulties.3

The evidence is clear - when sleep duration and quality are affected what you’re really sacrificing is your ability to perform at your peak - mentally, physically and emotionally.

Join us as we explore WHY sleep is so crucial to optimising our energy levels and resilience capabilities and HOW we can access the restorative realms of this innate recovery mechanism in the most time-efficient way.
