Welcome to the first edition of your Vitality Champions newsletter. It was so great to meet so many of you at the training day – we hope you all found it beneficial and are excited to be on the Vitality journey.

We want you, our Champions, to award someone in your organisation who has really lived the Vitality values. This could be anything from moving up a Vitality Status, to joining a running or walking club. We want you to recognise your colleagues for their hard work and commitment to living a healthy life.

Please pick one colleague this month who you thinks deserves to be awarded the Champs Monthly Cheer badge, take a photo and share with:

Food of the month


Why? Well, they’re a rich source of Beta carotene, this powerful antioxidant which among other vital uses, can be converted into vitamin A in the body to help maintain healthy skin. They can be that perfect quick dish you’re looking for after a long day at the office.

See one of our favourite carrot recipes with sweet potato. Download and share with your colleagues and encourage them to give this dish a try.

Meet our coaches

Every month we are going to share a tip from one of our Vitality specialists. They will cover topical issues faced in the workplace, employee wellbeing and ways to engage and motivate.

  • Andrew Magill

    Andrew Magill is our Head Vitality Coach here at Vitality. When he isn’t helping Employees improve their health and wellbeing, he enjoys swimming, cycling and running! Not to mention putting all three sports together and racing triathlons and ultra-marathons!

  • Dr Dawn Richards

    Dr. Dawn Richards has been a GP for many years in North London and Dorset. Her main interests are mental wellbeing and women's health. Along with her commitment to GP and Vitality Health, Dr. Dawn Richards has also worked part time in PMI for the past 15 years. 

  • Lindsey Passaic

    Lindsey Passaic is a Vitality Coach here at Vitality. Lindsey is also a certified personal trainer, nutritional expert, dog mom and book lover. She believes life is about the pursuit of happiness with lots of parkruns, coffees and canine kisses thrown in.
