Workshops are provided across each of the four pillars of health and wellbeing

  3. Mental Wellbeing
  4. Smoking

Delivery of workshops are as follows:

  • Half day event
  • 11am – 3pm
  • Workshops have two elements – a one hour seminar / talk on the chosen topic and an interactive learning experience that attendees can engage with to learn more.
  • Physical Activity, Nutrition and Mental Wellbeing workshops are delivered by Nuffield Health.
  • Smoking Workshops are delivered by Allen Carr.

    Computerised Spinal Health Assessment : Spinal Mouse is a device that, combined with a computer program, assesses the curvatures of the vertebral column. The device is guided manually on the skin along the spine.

    Heart Math - Using a pulse sensor the em-wave pro will record your heart rate variability (HRV). HRV is the variation in time between heartbeats. The data will the used to assess the individual’s ability to adapt, react and recover from a physiological stressor. The individual will also be evaluated on their self-regulation performance and their ability to place themselves in a relaxed state on demand.
