Workshops for physical health and fitness

They are interactive seminars designed to engage and inspire your employees to improve their health. With a combination of learning and participation, your employees can leave the workshop with new skills. 

Bookings must be made at least six weeks in advance by email. Please include three dates with your request. Prices start at £250 + VAT. Contact the team at for individual prices.

Healthy home workouts

Length of Workshop: 60 minutes

Keeping active is a major factor in defining the state of our health. Exercise should be accessible, enjoyable and encouraged for all. This workshop will provide you with the expertise to improve your physical health. This will lead to a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

We will do this regardless of your current fitness level, age, gender or past experiences. This workshop will show you how to benefit most from your exercise, all in the comfort of your own home. This interactive session will give you the confidence to take your fitness to the next level.

Posture principles

Length of Workshop: 60 minutes

Greater digital connectivity has changed the way we work and socialise. From the tools we use to communicate to when and where we use them. We may be placing unnecessary stress and strain on our bodies as a result. This can lead to stiffness and even pain as a result of spending too much time sitting in the same position at our workstation.

In this workshop you will learn how to reduce aches and pains using a holistic approach to your health. You will learn practical stretches to use during the work day to relieve tension in muscles and joints. Participants will also learn the importance of regular movement to their health.
