Diversity and inclusion at Vitality is all about celebrating our differences and liberating the best in our people. We are signatories to the Women in Finance Charter and the Race at Work Charter, and we’re proud that our gender and ethnicity pay gaps are low by sector standards.

We’re consistently reaching our target of 60% female appointments to higher paying roles to increase gender representivity at senior levels, and we have succeeded in reducing our gender pay gap by more than 10% since 2018. A raft of initiatives has made this possible.
