We would always encourage candidates to apply for particular jobs rather than applying speculatively. You are able to set up job alerts, which send you email notifications on vacancies matching your search criteria.
Vitality will email every applicant to let them know the outcome of their application, successful or not. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide specific feedback for each unsuccessful application. However, if you reach interview stage, we will provide you feedback.
All candidates will need to prove their eligibility to work in the UK. Suitable documents will include a valid passport, or a full birth certificate together with a P45 document (P45, P60, NI card, government agency letter) along with proof of address. As part of our pre-employment process, we will also conduct vetting and credit checks.

Please note, some of our roles may require you to complete a short behaviour-based assessment too. We’ll let you know if this is the case. For these assessments, you will complete a series of mini tasks that assess your natural behaviours. You will then receive an assessment feedback report. This report will give you insights into your natural behaviours and strengths.

All our offers are subject to referencing due to Financial Conduct Authority regulations, this will be explained in your offer pack but will be discussed at offer stage. Your offer letter and contract will then be sent out in the post and emailed to you.
