Add extra fruit to your child’s diet with this snackable smoothie inspired by Disney Junior DOC MCSTUFFINS

Does your little one have a case of the after school hunger pangs? Doc has a diagnosis! Whip up this flavoursome smoothie snack in minutes to help fill those little bellies.

How to make it

  1. Peel the banana, remove pips from grapes and trim the stalks off the blackberries.
  2. Place the yoghurt, fruit and milk into a blender and blend until smooth. If it looks a little thick, add more milk.
  3. Pour smoothie into a glass and serve whilst cold. Add ice if desired.
What you'll need
  • 1 pot of low fat berry flavoured yoghurt
  • 200ml of milk (any you prefer)
  • 25g blackberries
  • 25g grapes
  • 25g blueberries
  • 25g strawberries
  • Half a banana
