This smoothie bowl is inspired by the one and only Disney MICKEY MOUSE and is a great way to start the day

Smoothie bowls are packed full of fruit and are the perfect excuse to get creative in the kitchen. Invite the whole family to get experimenting with colours, shapes and toppings to create a delicious breakfast treat.

How to make it

  1. Carefully carve 4-6 strawberries into Mickey shapes. Set aside.
  2. Blend your almond milk, banana, ice, pineapple and peaches together in a blender.
  3. Pour your smoothie into a bowl, and top with strawberries, bananas, and any other toppings you'd like!
What you'll need
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you'd prefer)
  • 1 banana
  • 150g frozen peaches (or mangoes)
  • 150g frozen pineapple
  • A handful of ice
  • Toppings: strawberries and banana slices
