How do I get a Garmin vivofit 4 through Vitality?
Before you can get a Garmin vivofit 4 through Vitality, you need to take out a Vitality Personal Healthcare plan or Business Healthcare plan (2-9 employees only) between the 1st July – 30th September 2018 inclusive.
Once you’ve joined Vitality, you’ll then need to complete your online Health Review through the Vitality Member Zone within the first 30 days of taking out your plan to be eligible for the offer.
How can I redeem the offer?
After the first 30 days of your plan being active, we’ll check to see that you have completed your online Health Review on the Vitality Member Zone and that your first monthly premium has been collected if it is being paid by Direct Debit.
We’ll then send you an email with a link to access your promotional code to use at Garmin.co.uk which will discount a Garmin vivofit 4 to £0 at checkout. This will also include Postage and Packaging.
Can I get a different Garmin model other than the Garmin vivofit 4?
You can select the size and colour of your Garmin vivofit 4. Other Garmin devices are not eligible for this offer.
How long will I have to wait to receive a Garmin vivofit 4
Please allow up to 8 weeks from joining Vitality to receive an email from us which includes a link to where you can access your promotional code to use on the Garmin website direct.
Once you have submitted your order online, Garmin will then deliver the Garmin vivofit 4 to you, typically within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Can I get more than one Garmin vivofit 4 through Vitality?
No, on a Personal Healthcare plan the Garmin vivofit 4 offer is limited to one device per principal member and each employee (a principal member) on a Business Healthcare plan is also eligible for one device.
However, our standard discount of ‘up to 40% off Garmin devices’ will still be available to you via the Member Zone.
Do I have to pay Postage and Packaging?
The charge for standard Postage and Packaging is included in the offer.
How long is the code valid for?
Your code will be valid until 30 November 2018.
