How it works
Step 1: Open an investment plan
Open any VitalityInvest plan and access the Vitality Select version of the Vitality Programme. Get discounts on hotels, coffee and much more.
Step 2: Track your activity
Start earning Vitality points. The more points you earn, the higher your Vitality status – Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
Step 3: You could pay no product charge
Improve your status to earn a Healthy Living Discount on your product charge – invest in Vitality funds and reach Platinum status, and you pay no product charge at all.

How do I earn points?
- Complete an online Health Review (100 points)
- Do 10 minutes of mindful activity a day (2 points)
- Take a Vitality Healthcheck and be in the Green Zone for four checks (480 points)
- Make a non-smokers declaration online (100 points)
- Walk 10,000 steps a day (5 points)
It's easy to get to achieve Silver status - just understand your health
Be in the green zone for at least 1 of 4 tests (BMI, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol).
Declare yourself a non-smoker as part of your Vitality Healthcheck.
Take a £12.50 Vitality Healthcheck.
Complete an online Health review and confirm you're a non smoker.
Have a dental check up.
