VitalityInvest appoints new Investment Distribution Director

VitalityInvest has appointed Mark Baldwin as Investment Distribution Director. 

Mark will lead the Investment Specialist team and the Wealth Business Consultant team, responsible for diversifying and strengthening Vitality’s distribution network across the intermediary market. He will also sit on the VitalityInvest’s Executive Committee, in addition to supporting leadership colleagues in supporting the Franchise channel.

Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry primarily in distribution roles across the Wealth, Corporate Pensions and Group Risk markets. He joins VitalityInvest from MetLife where he was a member of their UK executive team. 

His appointment demonstrates VitalityInvest’s ambitious growth plans for 2020 as it looks to help people live a longer, healthier, more financially secure life. In November 2019 the company announced an update on the performance of its VIRO fund range two years on from inception and expansion of its third-party fund range. The enhancements made it easier for advisers to place and monitor client portfolio performance, as well giving them a range of diversified and high performing funds within the Retirement, ISA and Junior ISA wrappers.
