Linking Vitality and Misfit

Learn how to link Vitality and Misfit

Before you begin

Have you registered for Vitality Member Zone online?

  • If not, you can register here and then come back to this guide
  • You’ll then have your Member Zone username and password ready to link Vitality with Misfit.

How to link Vitality and Misfit

  1. Track your activity using your device and sync it to the Misfit app. Make sure you switch bluetooth on before syncing your device
  2. Open the Misfit app
  3. Check your activity history to make sure that the app is recording your activity
  4. Log into the Misfit website at misfit.com
  5. If your activity is missing, sync your activity data from the Misfit app to the Misfit website
  6. If your activity data is already showing on the Misfit website, visit the Vitality activity tracking page on the Member Zone, scroll down to the Misfit section and click on the blue ‘UNLINK’ button
  7. Link Misfit to Vitality again by clicking on the blue ‘LINK’ button and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process
Once you've recorded a new activity, allow 48 hours for your points to show on your vitality points statement. If your Misfit device isn’t recording your activity please visit: misfit.com/uk_en/support/
