How do I connect Calm to Vitality on an iPhone?
Step 1: Connect Calm to Apple Health
- Download the free Calm app and set up an account
- Tap ‘Profile’, then ‘Settings’ and turn on Apple Health
- Tap 'turn all categories on' or 'allow'
You need iOS 10 or above to be able to record your mindful minutes in Apple Health.
You don’t need a premium subscription or to activate a free seven-day trial to earn Vitality points. Just close these screens to access the homepage, where you’ll find meditations and sleep stories.
Step 2: Connect Apple Health to Vitality
(Please note: If you use more than one mindfulness app, you will only need to do this step once)
- Open the Vitality Member app, select your app from the 'Rewards' section
- Select 'Connect to Apple Health'
- Turn on 'Mindful Minutes' and other categories if desired
Complete 10 or more minutes of mindful activity to earn two Vitality points a day, up to a maximum of six Vitality points a week.

How do I connect Calm to Vitality on Android?
Step 1: Connect Calm to Google Fit
- Download the free Calm app and set up an account
- In the Calm app, tap the menu icon in the top left corner, then tap 'Settings' and turn on 'Save to Google Fit’
- Select (or add) your Google account and ‘allow’ permissions

- Select (or add) your Google account and 'allow' permissions

Apple:
Contact Apple as soon as possible. They’ll be able to cancel your subscription.
Android:
Contact Google Play within 48 hours and they’ll cancel your subscription.
I’ve already got a Calm subscription – can I still earn Vitality points?
Yes, just make sure that you’ve given Calm permission to share your mindful minutes with Apple Health / Google Fit.
Apple:
In the Calm app, tap ‘Profile’ then ‘Settings’ and turn on Apple Health. Then make sure that you allow Vitality to receive your mindful minutes from Apple Health.
Android:

How can I earn Vitality points?

Where can I see my Vitality points?
You can see them on your Vitality points statement. They won’t show on the home screen of the Vitality Member app as they don’t count towards Active Rewards if your plan is eligible.
How long does it take for Vitality points to show on my points statement?
What do I do if I think my points are missing?
First, make sure that you’ve given Calm permission to share your mindful minutes with Apple Health / Google Fit. Then make sure that you allow Vitality to receive your mindful minutes from Apple Health / Google Fit. Allow 48 hours for points to show on your statement.
