Cinema terms and conditions

"Vitality", "we" or "our" means Vitality Corporate Services Limited, registered in England and Wales (registered office: 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ) under company no. 05933141 and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference no: 461107). VitalityHealth and VitalityLife are trading names of Vitality Corporate Services Limited. Vitality is the provider of the Active Reward benefit for Vitality members.

You’ll qualify for the Cinema Active Reward if you have one of the following Vitality Plans (each a "Plan"):

• Health insurance – any private health insurance Plan

• Business health insurance
- Any small business health insurance Plan
- Any corporate health insurance Plan or trust scheme administered by Vitality, with Vitality Plus benefits

• Life insurance – minimum monthly premiums apply for this cinema reward. To qualify, you’ll need to have Vitality Plus. To get Vitality Plus, you'll need to:
- Pay at least £45 a month for an individual Plan, or £60 a month for a joint Plan and;
- Add Optimiser onto your life insurance Plan for an extra £4.75 a month.

• If you have a qualifying Plan, you can earn one (1) cinema ticket per month, when you: 
- Complete your Health Review in Member Zone
- Earn 48 activity points a month

• You can choose to use each cinema voucher code at an ODEON or Vue cinema

• If you live in Northern Ireland, you can choose to use each cinema ticket at:

- IMC cinemas
- ODEON
- Omniplex
- Movie House cinemas
- The Ritz cinemas

• If you have a joint Plan, each insured adult will need to earn 48 activity points a month to earn a cinema ticket

• If you have insured children under 18 years old on your:
- Individual Plan: you will need to achieve 48 activity points a month to reward them
- Joint Plan: both insured adults will need to achieve 48 activity points a month to reward them

• Either adult on the Plan can generate the children's voucher codes
 
• VitalityLife Plans can earn a maximum of four cinema tickets, per family, per month

• Once you have your voucher code, you'll need to use it by the end of the following month

• Once you've used your voucher code, you won't be able to claim a replacement code if you don’t go and watch the film

• Each voucher code is valid for one film screening

• You cannot use your voucher code in conjunction with any other offer

• Each voucher code is for your personal use only

• Voucher codes are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable; they have no cash value

• You cannot gift or sell voucher codes, bookings or cinema tickets to third parties; this is fraud.

1. Voucher code can be redeemed for one standard adult or child 2D ticket. The ticket booked using the voucher code will not incur an online booking fee.
2. Voucher code can be redeemed in cinemas at ticket kiosks, online and on the ODEON app.
3. Voucher code is valid until the last day of the following month. For example, if the voucher is issued on 15 February 2024, it will be valid on screenings up to and including 31 March 2024.
4. Voucher code is valid at all ODEON cinemas in the UK (including ODEON Luxe cinemas), except ODEON Luxe & Dine cinemas. At ODEON Luxe Leicester Square the voucher code can be used in screens 2-5 for any seat, or in screen 1 for Circle Classic seats with the applicable upgrade fees.
5. Upgrade fees are payable for 3D, IMAX, iSense, Dolby Cinema, Gallery, Premier seats, Premier+ seats, Recliner+ seats and any other premium priced seat.
6. Voucher code is valid on ODEON Newbies, ODEON Kids, ODEON Silver Cinema and ODEON Screen Unseen.
7. Voucher code is not valid on ODEON Event Cinema, premieres, special events or screenings or events not open to the public.
8. Voucher code can only be used once.
9. Voucher code is valid for 1 person. Voucher code cannot be used on Adult and Child ticket bundles.
10. Voucher code cannot be used with any other offer or discount including but not limited to Meerkat Movies.
11. Voucher code cannot be used with any ticket bundles that include food and drink.
12. Voucher code is for your personal use only.
13. Voucher code cannot be used to buy 3D glasses, gift cards, food, drink, or any other ODEON goods or services.
14. Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions and any other relevant standard terms including ODEON’s general admission terms.
15. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.

• When you pre-book a cinema ticket on the Vue website, you'll get a separate booking reference. You won't incur a booking fee

• When you collect your cinema ticket from the Vue box office:
- Take your booking reference and Vitality membership number with you
- Or if you haven’t pre-booked, take your voucher code and your Vitality membership number with you

• Voucher codes are valid for Mini Morning screenings

• Voucher codes are not valid for: 
- Premieres
- Vue SCENE - Big screen experiences
- Event Cinema, and
- alternative content and special screenings

• You can get an upgrade for all screenings at Vue Leicester Square, 3D, Xtreme and IMAX. You can book and upgrade online or at the cinema

• VIP and Recliner seats and 3D glasses are also available for an extra cost.
