Get active and track your activity with a qualifying health or life insurance plan, and get up to 25% cashback. But, if you have both a qualifying health and life insurance plan, you can get up to 40% cashback.

You’ll be able to earn cashback on up to £100 of healthy food spend a month, or £200 for joint plans or family plans when shopping online or in-store.

What is a qualifying plan for the Waitrose & Partners reward?

You’ll qualify for the Waitrose & Partners Active Reward if you are an adult member and you have one of the following Vitality plans:

Health insurance
Any private health insurance plan.

Business health insurance
Any small business health insurance plan.
Any corporate health insurance plan or trust scheme administered by Vitality, with Vitality Plus benefits.

Life insurance
Any life insurance plan with Vitality Plus benefits. In addition, the total premiums of all life plans on which you are a member must be at least £45 per month, excluding any fee paid for Vitality Plus.

Are there terms and conditions for the Waitrose & Partners reward?

What Waitrose & Partners cashback could I earn?

Vitality members with one qualifying plan
We’ll give you between 10% and 25% cashback on Good Health food products if you achieve:

  • 0-39 monthly activity points: 0%
  • 40-79 monthly activity points: 10%
  • 80-119 monthly activity points: 15%
  • 120-159 monthly activity points: 20%
  • 160+ monthly activity points: 25%

Vitality members who are Vitality Pink with two qualifying plans
We’ll give you between 15% and 40% cashback on Good Health food products if you achieve:

  • 0-39 monthly activity points: 0%
  • 40-79 points per month: 15%
  • 80-119 points per month: 20%
  • 120-159 points per month: 30%
  • 160+ points per month: 40%
 

Do I need to have a Waitrose & Partners account set up?

Yes, you’ll need to sign up for a myWaitrose account. Then let us know your myWaitrose membership number, so we can link it to your Vitality account.

Do Waitrose & Partners deliver to my area?

Waitrose & Partners offer a delivery service across England, Scotland and Wales. To find out if Waitrose & Partners can deliver to your area, visit their Branch Finder.

Does the healthy food cashback apply to delivery charges?

This cashback reward does not apply to delivery charges. It only applies to food items from the Waitrose & Partners Good Health range.  There will be a small charge for picking, packing and delivering orders placed from Thursday 9 September. This charge is already in place in selected Waitrose stores. The charge will be made clear on the delivery slot booking page and will be added automatically to your total at the checkout once you have reserved a delivery slot. You can check Waitrose & Partners’ website for their latest order delivery charges.
 

Is there a minimum online spend for orders?

Yes. There is a £40 minimum spend for online orders.

What is a Waitrose & Partners Good Health product?

Waitrose & Partners guarantee that Good Health labelled products provide a clear nutritional benefit. They give you the  vitamins, minerals and healthier fats you need for a healthy, balanced diet. All Good Health products meet government guidelines for:

  • fat
  • saturated fat
  • added sugar and
  • salt.

You won’t see any red traffic lights unless they are natural fats or sugars, such as in nuts or dried fruit. You can earn Vitality healthy food cashback on all food products in the Good Health range. All drinks in the Good Health range, except for milk and milk substitutes, are not included. You can learn more about Waitrose & Partners Good Health products on their website.
