How Vitality works

Getting started with Vitality

We reward you for being healthy, by making it easier and cheaper for you to get active and stay active.

Just so you know – you can only receive rewards from partners that are included on your plan. Check the ‘Partners and rewards’ page in the Member Zone to see if your plan is eligible.

Understand your health

The first step of the Vitality journey is to take our online Health Review to:

How points and status work

You can earn Vitality points from the word go. Get started by doing your online Health Review and taking a Vitality Healthcheck, which could earn you up to 880 points. That's enough to get you from Bronze to Silver status straight away.

The more Vitality points you earn in a plan year, the higher your Vitality status will be. Everyone starts at Bronze and then you can work up to Silver, Gold and finally Platinum.

You can also earn points with our partner Headspace and for healthy living, which help to boost your Vitality status.
