COVID-19 office safety guidance

Since the start of the pandemic, we have followed the government's guidance, and have implemented a range of additional safety measures to protect our employees.

In line with our core purpose to make people healthier, and enhance and protect their lives, we strongly promote Covid-19 vaccinations because they are the most effective way of reducing the risk of serious illness.

Where we're based

You could be working in one of four fantastic offices – or somewhere even closer to home.


Based in the heart of the City, our London office is a short walk from Bank station, Liverpool St, and Monument. You’ll find some of London’s most recognisable landmarks within walking distance, like St Pauls’ Cathedral and the Tower of London. With around 150 people based here, it’s home to many teams including:
• Marketing
• Compliance and risk
• Actuarial
• Legal.

Our office sits at the top of Richmond Hill, and is home to over 500
employees. This includes:

• Customer service,
• Adviser services
• Digital product
• HR
• Health claims
• IT support.

Seven miles southeast of Manchester, our Stockport office is a 15 minute walk from the train station. Vitality teams based here include:

• Customer services
• Direct sales
• Consultant Services
• Vitality support.

Our teams in Stockport have been growing and we now have over 600 people based here. There's a new restaurant too, so you can enjoy healthy meals and snacks throughout the day.

The Croydon office is next to the West Croydon station, and only five minutes from East Croydon. This office is home to several functions within the invest business.

Home-based or out on the field

Our sales and account manager teams are home-based, or out on the field supporting our network. We're committed to a healthy work-life balance, so it's possible to work remotely, if it’s practical for your role.
