The workplace wellness team offers a range of services to improve your employees' wellbeing in the workplace. They are industry professionals with qualifications in areas such as physiotherapy, physiology, personal training, positive psychology and nutrition.

Andy is a qualified musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

He provides insightful consultations with his team of health professionals (Vitality Coaches). His team delivers health and wellbeing strategies to make employees healthier.

Andy is an advocate of the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices. He enjoys keeping active and competing in running and triathlon events.

Melissa Britton

Melissa is a Positive Psychologist.

She focuses on positive mental wellbeing. Melissa centres on empowering individuals suffering from low to severe mental health difficulties. She educates and coaches them to develop the skills they need to be as independent as possible.

Melissa supports and equips others with skills to reach optimal levels of mental wellbeing.

Jamie Monk

Jamie is a qualified physiologist.

He has worked with both high level athletes and clinical patients.  Jamie has a deep understanding of the strain and benefits associated with physical activity. He is a keen sportsman. Jamie has competed in track athletics and won many regional titles. He has more recently participated in 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, marathons and triathlons.

His personal goal has always been to have a positive impact on people’s lives.

Maggie Alphonsi

Maggie is a former England rugby player. She has over 20 years of experience in elite sport and working in a high performance environment.

Maggie works with Vitality Champions and Performance Champions as Director of the Vitality Champions.  Her team engages corporate customers with the aim of improving the wellbeing of the workplace.

She also has two miniature Schnauzer dogs and loves a good walk!

Jonny Kibble

Jonny is a big believer of leading by example. He is a holder of a Black Belt and a National Medallist in Karate.

Jonny now competes in sporting events such as 5ks, 10ks, triathlons and half marathons. Having always had fitness and sport as a big part of his life, his passion now is helping other people to embrace it too.

His physical activity workshops are a great way to help educate and inspire others to lead a healthier and happier life.

Jane Dyer

Jane has always delivered development programmes and wellness solutions to clients in Vitality. She currently helps business members engage with our products and services in her role as a Vitality Expert.

Jane is a keen runner with health, fitness and nutrition always having been part of her DNA. Jane lives, eats and breathes Vitality. As a result, she holds the record for being the highest ever points earner in Vitality!

Henri Saha

Henri is a member of the British Psychological Society. He is also a Mental Health First Aider and former University lecturer.

Outside of work, Henri loves a good movie and is a keen musician. He is also an avid footballer and golfer when the weather allows!

James is a registered nutritionist. He has created and delivered  behaviour change programmes. He has helped individuals, communities and workplaces to improve their health.

James has worked in public health, nutrition and exercise promotion. And he has helped people to manage their weight as well as working with families to eat healthier.

James is a keen chef. He enjoys spending his spare time in the kitchen creating new recipes to share with others.
