This workshop demonstrates the role nutrition can play in our health and performance. It brings a perception of balance to our day-to-day nutrition. It can help you gain control and structure over food choices and what they mean to us.
You’ll leave with clarity and understanding on how to fuel yourself every day. You will learn to do this without depriving yourself of social interactions. While also avoiding eating chicken and broccoli out of takeaway boxes five times a day.

In this educational workshop we show attendees how to effectively read food labels and explore the power of marketing, enabling them to make choices that are best for them, help them save money, and most importantly, eat guilt free.

- How food marketing can be confusing and how to cut through the noise
- How to control their portion sizes
- How to correctly read food labels to both improve the quality of the foods they eat and to help save them money
- How to overcome food guilt.
