Dr Marie Edison

Head of Medical Policy, VitalityHealth

Dr Marie Edison’s background is as a urological surgeon with experience across NHS clinical practice, research and innovation. She is Head of Medical Policy at VitalityHealth, where she leads development of evidence-based policy and clinical guidance, supporting patient safety, efficacy and consistency across pathways and programmes. Before joining Vitality, she co-founded a multidisciplinary post-cancer recovery service and has authored national consensus guidance in urology. Marie also serves on national committees for the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) and the BURST Research Collaborative and continues to be active in research, education, and standards of care.
