Mindful Chef Terms and Conditions Winter Magazine 2026

1. The Prize Draw is open to all Eligible Participants who comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

a) “Active” means that the Vitality Plan in question has no unpaid premiums, and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Participant or by Vitality;

b) “Draw Date” means 26 February 2026;

c) “Eligible Participant” means any individual who: 

(i) is 18 years old or older and a resident of the United Kingdom; and

(ii) has an Active Vitality Plan during the Prize Draw Period and Draw Date; and

(iii) has linked their Mindful Chef and Vitality account; and

(iv) has ordered a Mindful Chef box between 27 December 2025 – 27 January 2026 (the Prize Draw Period);

d) “Member Zone” means the website found at https://member.vitality.co.uk/;

f) “Prize” means one (1) Mindful Chef box for twelve (12) consecutive weeks provided in the form of twelve (12) sixty pounds sterling (£60) Mindful Chef vouchers;

g) “Prize Draw” means the random selection of one (1) Winner of the Prize on the Draw Date in accordance with clause 4;

h) “Prize Draw Period” means 00:01am 27 December 2025 to 23.59pm 27 January 2026 (inclusive);

i) “Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 05933141. The registered office address is 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ;

j) “Vitality Plan” means a:

• VitalityLife Plan;
• VitalityHealth Business Healthcare Plan;
• VitalityHealth Corporate Healthcare Plan;
• VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare Plan;
• Vitality at work Plan; or
• VitalityHealth Lite Plan;

k) “VitalityHealth Business Healthcare Plan” means a private medical insurance plan administered by Vitality, trading as VitalityHealth, for the provision of medical insurance services sold by Vitality to an SME, which is age rated;

l) “VitalityHealth Corporate Healthcare Plan” means the private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality for businesses with 100 or more employees;

m) “VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare Plan” means a private medical insurance plan for the provision of private medical insurance, administered and arranged by Vitality, trading as VitalityHealth;

n) “VitalityLife Plan” means a non-investment long term insurance product, administered and arranged by Vitality, trading as VitalityLife;

o) “Vitality at Work Plan” means a private medical insurance plan designed for employers to provide workplace health benefits to their employees, including access to private medical treatment, administered and arranged by Vitality, trading as VitalityHealth.

p) “VitalityHealth Lite Plan” means a private medical insurance plan offering a lighter level of cover for the provision of private medical insurance, administered and arranged by Vitality, trading as VitalityHealth.

3. This Prize Draw is open to all Eligible Participants who comply with these Terms and Conditions and excludes employees of Vitality, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Prize Draw.

4. On the Draw Date, Vitality will draw one (1) name of an Eligible Participant who was entered into the Prize Draw, and this individual will be deemed the “Winner” of the Prize.

5. The Winner of the Prize will be subject to the terms and conditions relating to their Prize, as determined by Mindful Chef, the provider of the Prize. 

6. The Winner of the Prize will see the Prize applied to their Mindful Chef account within thirty (30) working days from the Draw Date (subject to any delays that are beyond Vitality’s control). 

7. The Winner may start using their Prize upon receipt. Vitality will not be liable for any lost Prizes in the event that the Eligible Participant has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, or otherwise provided incorrect contact details. 

8. When taking part in the Prize Draw, Eligible Participants acknowledge and consent that their name, email address and telephone number (“Personal Data”) will be made available to Vitality for administrative purposes. All Personal Data of the Eligible Participant will be held and used for the purposes of the Prize Draw by Vitality in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ or if not, requested from Vitality). 

9. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Prize Draw are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into. 

10. Vitality must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Vitality will send the surname and county of the Winner to anyone who writes to Vitality at 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ within one (1) month after the end of the Prize Draw Period.

11. Vitality accepts no responsibility for entries lost, or unsuccessfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 

12. Insofar as is permitted by law, Vitality, its agents or distributors will not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate any Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize(s) or participating in the Prize Draw. The statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected.

13. Vitality reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Eligible Participant.  

14. Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of similar value, in the event that the Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Vitality’s reasonable control.  

15. Subject to clause 14, the Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.  

16. Vitality reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website. 

17. The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and Eligible Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these Terms and Conditions. 

18. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Vitality.
