One Living Terms and Conditions - Autumn Magazine

1. The Offer is open to all Eligible Participants who comply with these Terms and Conditions. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

a) “Active” means a Vitality Plan which has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Participant or Vitality during the Offer Period;

b) “Eligible Item(s)” means any item on the One Living Website excluding any items offered through subscription services;

c) “Eligible Participant” means an individual who is aged 18 years or over and holds an Active Vitality Plan and receives an email from Vitality in accordance with clause 3;

d) “Offer” means the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to purchase a Set and receive the cheapest Eligible Item in that Set for free. The Offer will be provided by Vitality to Eligible Participants in the form of a code featured in the September 2025 Vitality magazine;

e) “Offer Period” means 00:01am 24th September 2025 to 11:59pm 15th October 2025 (inclusive);

f) “One Living” means 3BW Ltd trading as One Living, a company incorporated in England and Wales with the registered number 10490262 and registered office at 5 St John’s Lane, London EC1M 4BH;

g) “One Living Website” means the website operated by One Living at https://oneliving.com/;

h) “Set(s)” means any group(s) of three Eligible Items purchased by an Eligible Participant in a single transaction and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

i) “Vitality Plan” means a VitalityHealth Plan, VitalityLife Plan or Vitality at Work Plan, each a Vitality Plan and together ‘Vitality Plans’;

j) “VitalityHealth Plan” means a general insurance contract or healthcare trust for the provision of private medical healthcare, administered by Vitality;

k) “VitalityLife Plan” means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme, administered by Vitality;

l) “Vitality at Work Plan” or “(VAW Plan)” means a non-insurance product administered by Vitality which grants the member access to the Vitality Programme;

m) “Vitality Programme” means the system established in connection with Vitality Plans which enables members to manage, and improve-upon, their own health and well-being;

n) “Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife.

2. Subject to clause 4 below and eligibility criteria as determined by Vitality being met, during the Offer Period, Eligible Participants will be entitled to receive the Offer.

3. On or around the start date of the Offer Period, Vitality will email Eligible Participants with the September 2025 edition of the Vitality magazine which will contain details about the Offer and the promotional code needed to redeem the Offer.

4. To redeem the Offer, during the Offer period Eligible Participants will need to purchase a Set of Eligible Items using the promotional code “VITALITY-3FOR2” contained in the September 2025 Vitality Magazine at checkout.

5. Eligible Participants may redeem the Offer on more than one Set of Eligible Items provided that such Sets are purchased within the same transaction.

For example, if an Eligible Participant ordered two Sets of Eligible Items (six Eligible Items in total) in a single transaction and in accordance with clause 4 above, the Offer would enable that Eligible Participant to obtain the cheapest two Eligible Items across both Sets free of charge.

6. The Offer will be subject to the following restrictions;

a) the Offer excludes delivery fees charged by One Living. Any delivery fees associated with an Eligible Participant’s order will be incurred at their own cost;

b) the Offer may not be applied retrospectively and may not be redeemed against any items purchased from One Living before the start of the Offer Period;

c) the Offer may only be used towards one transaction per Eligible Participant;

d) the Offer will be subject to One Living’s own terms and conditions and any other applicable restrictions; and

e) subject to clause 14 below, the Offer may not be exchanged, redeemed for cash, transferred or used in conjunction with other One Living Offers, gift cards or subscriptions.

7. When taking part in the Offer, the Eligible Participant acknowledges and consents that their name, address, email address and telephone number (“Personal Data”) may be made available to One Living for administrative purposes. Details of how One Living will use the Eligible Participant’s Personal Data can be found on the One Living Website at Privacy Policy - OneLiving. Vitality will not collect additional Personal Data of Eligible Participants for provision of the Offer. Vitality will use the email addresses of Eligible Participants which it already holds to send information regarding the Offer. Any Personal Data of the Eligible Participant used by Vitality will be used in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ or if not, requested from Vitality) and applicable Data Protection legislation.

8. The Offer may only be redeemed by Eligible Participants. Any re-sale or distribution of Eligible Items purchased through the Offer by an Eligible Participant to other persons is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Vitality reserves the right to take action consistent with its legal rights against any Eligible Participant in the event of any suspected breach of this clause 8 or suspected dishonest or fraudulent behaviour by an Eligible Participant.

9. Insofar as permitted by law, Vitality and its agents will not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of an Eligible Participant’s use of the Offer or purchase of any Eligible Items pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. The statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected.

10. Vitality accepts no responsibility for any Offer promotional codes which are lost or affected due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

11. Vitality accepts no responsibility for any lost or undelivered Eligible Items or any actions or omissions by One Living in relation to this Offer. Vitality accepts no responsibility for One Living not complying with the details of the Offer as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

12. Vitality will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to the Offer, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Vitality reserves the right to substitute any of the Offer with another Offer of a similar relative value.

15. Vitality reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Eligible Participant.

16. Vitality reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on the provision of written notice or via publication on Vitality’s website.

17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and by taking part in the Offer, Eligible Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these Terms and Conditions.

18. The promoter of the Offer is Vitality.
