Vitality Festive Campaign 2025 - Prize Draw terms and conditions

“Draw Date” means, for each Prize respectively: 

John Lewis & Partners gift cards: 09 December 2025

Fitbit Charge 6: 11 December 2025

Caffè Nero e-gift voucher: 12 December 2025

Apple Watch SE: 16 December 2025

Amazon.co.uk Gift Card: 18 December 2025

Champneys Spa break for two: 19 December 2025

“Eligible Participant” means any individual who:

is 18 years or older; and

follows @vitality_uk on Instagram; and

who is not an employee of Vitality, or an agent of or associated with a third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.

“Prize(s)” means, collectively and individually (as the context requires):

3 x £100 John Lewis & Partners gift card;

3 x Fitbit Charge 6 worth £139;

10 x Caffè Nero e-gift voucher for the value of one drink;

1 x Apple Watch SE 3 GPS 40mm Midnight Aluminium Case with Midnight Sport Band – Size S/M worth £219;

2 x £100 Amazon gift voucher;

1 x Champneys Original Spa Day for 2 worth £249.

“Prize Draw Period” means, for each Prize, the following periods during which Eligible Participants may enter into the prize draw for that Prize:

John Lewis & Partners gift cards: 08:00 01 December 2025 – 23:59 08 December 2025;

Fitbit Charge 6: 08:00 03 December 2025 – 23:59 10 December 2025

Caffè Nero e-gift voucher: 08:00 05 December 2025 – 23:59 11 December 2025;

Apple Watch SE: 08:00 08 December 2025 – 23:59 15 December 2025;

Amazon gift card: 08:00 10 December 2025 – 23:59 17th December 2025;

Champneys Spa break for two: 12 December 2025 – 23:59 18 December 2025.

“Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited, the promoter of this prize draw. Vitality is registered in England and Wales with company number 05933141. The registered office address is 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ.

This prize draw is open to all Eligible Participants who comply with these terms and conditions. It is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Multiple entries into the prize draw per Eligible Participant are permitted.

Eligible Participants are automatically entered into the prize draw for each Prize when they comment AND tag one follower on the dedicated Instagram competition post during the relevant Prize Draw Period on @vitality_uk’s Instagram page. Entries received after the expiry of each Prize Draw Period will not be counted, valid, accepted or considered.

The winner of each Prize will be chosen at random performed by a computer process on the relevant Draw Date. 

The winner(s) will be subject to the terms and conditions relating to their Prize(s), as determined by the provider of the Prize(s).

Confirmation of their Prize will be announced via Instagram story and Instagram direct message, to the account used by the winner(s) to participate in the prize draw, on or around the relevant Draw Date. Vitality will make 3 attempts to contact the winner(s) and the winner(s) must respond to the direct message confirming their full name, postal address and email address with Vitality. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the final attempt by Vitality, then the Prize will be forfeited and Vitality will be entitled to select an alternative winner for the Prize in accordance with the process set out in these terms and conditions.

Each winner will receive their Prize via Instagram direct message, or email, or post, within 60 days from the relevant Draw Date (subject to any delays that are beyond Vitality’s control). Vitality will not be liable for any lost Prize(s) in the event that a winner has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change.

When taking part in this prize draw, Eligible Participants acknowledge and consent to their social media account name and (where relevant for the winners, their full name, email address and postal address) (collectively “Personal Data”) being made available to Vitality for administrative purposes. All Personal Data of Eligible Participants (and the winners) will be held and used for the purposes of the prize draw by Vitality in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ or if not, requested from Vitality)

Eligible Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Vitality reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize(s) to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this prize draw are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.

Vitality must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Vitality will send the surname and county of the winner(s) to anyone who writes to Vitality at 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ within one month after the end of the final Prize Draw Period. 

Vitality accepts no responsibility for entries lost, or unsuccessfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

Vitality is not liable to any person in any way in relation to this prize draw, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Vitality reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the prize draw at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Eligible Participant.

Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Prize(s) with another of similar value, in the event that the Prize(s) are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Vitality’s reasonable control. 

Except as set out in Clause 15, the Prize(s) are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
