Recent research from Vitality revealed that less than one in four women are getting the recommended level of weekly physical activity and only 4% are taking part in team sports.
Chief among the biggest barriers women face is time, given the busy lives many of us lead. However the good news is that with the rise of flexible working and growing awareness of the benefits of getting staff active, it’s clear that employers have an important role to play.
