Terms and Conditions - Vitality Blast Finals Day 2024 Prize Draw

For the purposes of these terms and conditions:

“Draw Date” means 30 August 2024;

“Eligible Participant” means any individual who:
-
is 18 years or older; and
-
follows @vitality_uk, @vitalityblast, @edgbaston on Instagram;

“Event” means the Vitality Blast Finals Day 2024 at Edgbaston Cricket Ground on 11am Saturday 14 September 2024;
-
“Prize” means x2 ‘General Admission’ tickets to the Event for the Winner and a guest;
-
“Prize Draw Period” means 00:01am 26 August 2024 to 23:59pm 29 August 2024 ; and
-
“Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited and is registered in England and Wales with company number 05933141. The registered office address is 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ.

This Prize Draw is open to all Eligible Participants who comply with these terms and conditions and excludes employees of Vitality, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry into the Prize Draw per Eligible Participant is permitted.

To enter the Prize Draw, Eligible Participants must tag one friend that they’d like to go to the Event with during the Prize Draw Period on the Instagram post which will be shared on or around Monday 26 August 2024 regarding this Prize Draw on @vitality_uk’s Instagram page (with @vitalityblast and @edgbaston as collaborators). Entries received after the Prize Draw Period will not be considered.

One Eligible Participant will be chosen, using a randomised computer process, on the Draw Date (the “Winner”). Only one Prize is available for the Winner.

The Prize will be subject to England & Wales Cricket Board, Vitality Blast and Edgbaston Cricket Ground’s own terms and conditions.

Confirmation of the Prize will be announced to the Winner via Instagram direct message, to the account used by the Winner to participate in the Prize Draw, on or around the Draw Date. Vitality will make 3 attempts to contact the Winner and the Winner must respond to the direct message confirming their full name, county and email address with Vitality. If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours of the final attempt by Vitality, then the Prize will be forfeited and Vitality will be entitled to select another Winner for the Prize in accordance with the process set out in these terms and conditions.

The Winner will receive their Prize via email to the address provided to Vitality, within one week from the Draw Date (subject to any delays that are beyond Vitality’s control). Vitality will not be liable if the Prize is lost in the event that the Winner has changed their email address and failed to notify Vitality of this change.

The Winner will have the opportunity to be a part of a mascot race held during the Event (at the Winner’s discretion). The Winner must not be under the influence of alcohol at any time during the mascot race/ the Event.

By taking part in the Prize Draw, Eligible Participants acknowledge and consent to their social media account name and where relevant for the Winner, their full name and email address (“Personal Data”) being made available to Vitality for administrative purposes. All Personal Data of Eligible Participants (and the Winner) will be held and used for the purposes of the Prize Draw by Vitality in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ or if not, requested from Vitality).

Eligible Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entering the Prize Draw. Vitality reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Prize Draw are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.

Vitality must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Vitality will send the surname and county of the Winner to anyone who writes to Vitality at 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ within one month after the end of the Prize Draw Period.

Vitality accepts no responsibility for entries lost, or unsuccessfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

Vitality is not liable to any person in any way in relation to this Prize Draw, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Vitality reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Eligible Participant.

Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of similar value, in the event that the Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Vitality’s reasonable control.

Except as set out in Clause 17, the Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website.

The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and Eligible Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.

The promoter of this Prize Draw is Vitality.
