Autumn Magazine 2026 Oura Ring 5 prize draw - Terms and conditions

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

(a) “Active” means that the applicable Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed, and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Participant or by Vitality, for any reason;

(b) “Completion Criteria” has the meaning given to it in clause 4;

(c) “Draw Date” means 23 November 2026;

(d) “Eligible Participant” means an individual who:

(i) is aged 18 or over;

(ii) is resident in the United Kingdom;

(iii) holds a Vitality Plan which is Active throughout the Offer Period; and

(iv) complies with these Terms and Conditions;

(e) “Offer” means the Oura Ring 5 Prize draw described in these Terms and Conditions;

(f) “Offer Period” means the period from 00:01 on 22 October 2026 to 23:59 on 22 November 2026;

(g) “Prize” means one (1) Oura Ring 5;

(h) “Prize Draw” means the random selection of the Winner of the Prize in accordance with clause 7;

(i) “Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ, trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;

(j) “Vitality Plan” means a VitalityHealth Plan or a VitalityLife Plan; and

(k) “Winner” means the Eligible Participant selected in the Prize Draw and awarded the Prize.

2. This Offer is open to all Eligible Participants who comply with these Terms and Conditions and excludes employees of Vitality, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Offer.

3. The Offer is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Only one (1) entry towards the Offer per Eligible Participant is permitted.

4. To participate in the Offer, the Eligible Participant must complete a parkrun within the Qualifying Period (the ‘Completion Criteria’).

5. Upon meeting the Completion Criteria, the Eligible Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. Each Eligible Participant is limited to one (1) entry during the Offer Period.

6. One (1) Prize is available in the Prize Draw. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded per Winner.

7. On the Draw Date, a Vitality employee will use a computer-generated random selection process to draw the name of one (1) Eligible Participant from all valid entries, who will be allocated the Prize and be deemed the Winner.

8. The Winner will be subject to the terms and conditions relating to the Prize, as determined by the provider of the Prize, namely Vitality.

9. Confirmation of the Prize will be announced to the Winner via the email address or mobile phone number they provided as part of the Completion Criteria, within 30 days of the Draw Date (subject to any delays that are beyond Vitality’s control).

10. Following the Draw Date, the Winner will be contacted by Vitality via the email address or mobile phone number they have given to provide the Prize (subject to any delays that are beyond Vitality’s control).

11. The Prize will be dispatched within 30 days of the Winner providing Vitality with their home address, where they will accept delivery of the Prize (subject to any delays that are beyond Vitality’s control).

12. If the Winner does not accept the Prize within 30 days of being contacted by Vitality, then the Prize will be forfeited and Vitality will be entitled to select another winner for the Prize, at its sole and absolute discretion in accordance with the process set out in these Terms and Conditions.

13. The Winner can use their Prize upon receipt. Vitality will not be liable for any lost Prize in the event that the Eligible Participant has provided the incorrect home address or contact details, or changed their home address or contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change.

14. When taking part in the Offer, the Eligible Participant acknowledges and consents that their name, email address, mobile phone number and home address (“Personal Data“) will be made available to Vitality for administrative purposes. All Personal Data of the Eligible Participant will be held and used for the purposes of the Offer by Vitality in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ or, if not, requested from Vitality) and data protection legislation.

15. Eligible Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon participation in the Offer. Vitality reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

16. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Offer are made at Vitality’s sole discretion, are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Vitality must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Vitality will send the surname and county of the Winner to anyone who writes to the Marketing Department, Vitality at 5th Floor, 80 Strand, London WC2R 0DT, within one (1) month after the end of the Offer Period.

18. Vitality accepts no responsibility for entries lost, or unsuccessfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

19. Vitality is not liable to any person in any way in relation to this Offer, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

20. Vitality reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Eligible Participant.

21. Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of similar value, in the event that the Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Vitality’s reasonable control.

22. Except as set out in clause 21, the Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

23. Vitality reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website.

24. The Offer and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and entrants to the Offer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these Terms and Conditions.

25. The promoter of this Offer is Vitality.
