24/7 trusted medical advice
Anytime you're not feeling well, or you’re not sure whether to talk to a GP, you can call the Health Advice Line and speak to a clinical adviser.
The Health Advice Line is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can:
-
Get advice on symptoms and guide you on what to do next.
-
Speak to our clinical advisers at a time to suit you. There’s no charge and it’s completely confidential.
-
Call on behalf of a family member too, provided they're covered on your plan and live at the same address as you.
Private physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is often used to help improve your movement, strength and stamina following a slip, fall, sprain or a sports/exercise-related injury. People of all ages can have physiotherapy, including children.
If you choose to see a physiotherapist, you will have an initial telephone call with our physiotherapy partner to assess your needs. This can result in several further in-person or virtual sessions of physiotherapy.
-
No charge for the initial assessment call.
-
You pay £7 for each session of in-person or virtual physiotherapy you receive following your initial assessment. There’s no limit to the number of physiotherapy sessions you can have in a plan year.
-
Or, you can get 24/7 access to digital support with the Ascenti Reach mobile app. The Ascenti Reach app gives you expert physio support with a personalised plan, progress tracking, daily reminders, and direct messaging with our team at no extra cost.
Mental health support
Get help with your mental health when you need it. Because everyone’s unique, we understand that people need help with their mental health in different ways. So, we offer a range of support and guidance to make sure you get what’s best for you.
