Frequently asked questions

Here are a few of the questions we’ve answered for our members

How do I buy a discounted activity tracker?

You can buy a discounted Garmin, Polar or Withings device on the Member Zone at member.vitality.co.uk. With Fitbit and Misfit devices, you need to buy them directly from the manufacturer’s website. These devices are not eligible for a Vitality discount.

How many devices can I buy?

You can get up to 40% off one eligible Garmin or Polar device per member aged 16 and over each plan year. You can also get one discounted Withings activity tracker per adult member per plan year.

How do I link my device to Vitality?

Choose your device and create an account on the device’s website or app. Then return to the activity tracking page on member.vitality.co.uk and follow the instructions to link your device.

I already have an activity tracking device but it’s a different brand from the ones on the Vitality website. Can I still earn points?

If it’s not one of our recognised brands, you won’t be able to get Vitality points. But our list of eligible manufacturers is always growing, so your device may soon be compatible with Vitality.

Is there a limit to the number of Vitality points I can earn each day?

Yes. You can earn a maximum of 8 Vitality activity points a day per member and a maximum of 40 Vitality activity points a week per member.
