For a little extra reward for getting active outdoors, we give you Vitality points every time you walk, run or volunteer with your local parkrun.
parkrun is a free, timed, 5km event that happens every Saturday morning in over 720 places all over the UK. As a Vitality member, you earn points every time you walk, jog, run or volunteer. Just register on the parkrun website, print your barcode and you're good to go.
Vitality points are available for parkrun on all VitalityHealth, Vitality at Work and VitalityLife plans.
