Your guide to getting started with Vitality
Making the most of the Vitality Programme
Welcome to Vitality! We've put together a step-by-step guide to help you get set up with us.
We'll walk you through all the steps you can take to make sure you're getting the most you can from your membership.
1. Register your account
First things first, you’ll need to register your membership. Visit vitality.co.uk/member to begin.
You’ll need your membership number on hand to complete your registration. You can find your membership number in any email you have received from us.
2. Download our app
You’ll be able to access all your plan information and relevant rewards with our Member App.
Search ‘Vitality’ on the App Store or Google Play to download our app.
If you have Vitality Health Insurance, you might also like to download our GP App at the same time for easy access to GP appointments.
3. Complete your Health Review
Once you’ve registered your account, you’ll be able complete your Vitality Health Review. This will:
- reward you with up to 200 Vitality points;
- help you understand your health in more detail; and
- offer you tailored advice on improving your health.
4. Connect your device
5. Start earning points
Earn Vitality points and get rewards from our partners, including drinks from Caffè Nero and discounts on activity trackers. And, you’ll also be able to improve your Vitality status.
To start earning points, connect your device and complete healthy activities.
There’s a whole range of ways you can earn points, including:
- Walking
- Visiting one of our partner gyms
- And completing mindfulness sessions with our partners.
6. Accessing your plan documents
All your plan documents are in Member Zone, including your plan terms and rewards summary.
To access your documents, select your product dashboard from the menu. From there, you’ll be able to access all relevant plan documents.
