It helps cover expenses for eye tests and new prescription glasses or contact lenses, routine dental appointments and treatment and hearing tests and hearing aids.

When you choose Vision Express, you can claim back 100% of the costs, up to £500 in total each plan year . If you use any other optician, we’ll cover 80%, up to £300 each plan year.

Routine dental appointments and treatment

Claim back expenses for:

✓ Routine dental appointments
This includes hygienist appointments and check-ups. We’ll pay 100% of the costs, up to £100 towards these appointments each plan year

✓ Dental treatment
Such as fillings, crowns, or implants. We’ll pay 80% of the costs, up to £400 each plan year

✓ Accidents
If you have an accident and need treatment for broken or damaged teeth, we’ll cover 100% of the bill, up to £2,500 per claim. We'll pay for up to two claims each plan year.

Hearing tests and hearing aids

Claim back 80% of the costs, up to £300 in total each plan year.

You can also claim back for the cost of a replacement hearing aid every five years. But if your audiologist recommends different ones in that time, you can claim for a new one in any plan year.
