Our Worldwide Travel Cover includes up to £10 million emergency medical expenses overseas, as well as lost luggage, delayed flights and more. We offer cover for up to 120 days, as long as you’re aged 64 or under on the plan start date or when this option is added to your plan at a future renewal date. This option covers you up to these limits:

How to make a claim

  • First, check that your plan covers the expenses that you’re claiming.
  • Complete our Worldwide Travel Cover claim form.
  • Send it along with the original booking invoice, itinerary or tickets to VitalityHealth, St Christopher House, Wellington Road South, Stockport, Cheshire, SK2 6NG.

We recommend you keep copies of all documents you send us. As soon as we receive your completed claim form, we’ll assess your claim and confirm our decision in writing.
