Vitality appoints Gary Impett
Vitality has today announced that Pippa Andrews, Director of Corporate Business, will retire following a long and distinguished career across Corporate Health and Group Risk. Pippa will be succeeded by Gary Impett, who has been appointed Director of Corporate Business.
Pippa has held a number of senior roles during her time at Vitality, having joined the business as Head of Underwriting before being promoted to Director of Corporate Business. She has spent over 30 years across the group risk and corporate private medical insurance market, having previously held senior roles at other insurers. During her career at Vitality, she has played a key role in developing and strengthening the company’s corporate proposition, working closely with advisers, employers and partners across the market.
Having joined Vitality in 2017 as Head of Corporate Sales, Gary Impett takes on the role with a deep knowledge of our corporate distribution business and the needs of our partners. Throughout his career, Gary has focused on driving sustainable growth through distribution, intermediary engagement and customer‑led strategy. Well-known to advisers across the market, Gary will focus on strengthening relationships and helping drive the next phase of growth for the corporate business.
