Kathryn Conniff joins Vitality Life
Vitality has announced the appointment of Kathryn Conniff as Life Underwriting Service Director effective from January this year.
Kathryn joins as a leader of operations, responsible for the full spectrum of Adviser Servicing, including oversight of our nationwide Vitality nurse fleet and leadership of the end-to-end underwriting journey. She will report into Lara Fascione, Adviser Operations Director.
Kathryn joins Vitality with senior operational and protection experience across the insurance sector, with skills in leading large operational and underwriting teams, and driving transformational change. She previously served as Head of Operational Office at Aviva and AIG Life Ltd, leading firstline assurance and the implementation of Operational Resilience and Consumer Duty. Prior to that she has held leadership roles at Legal & General and LV= leading protection operations and delivering customer focused service strategies and major organisational change.
