Vitality started with a simple but powerful idea:

What if insurance could help people live healthier lives?

That simple idea helped create a new approach to insurance that encourages and rewards healthier choices. Today, our approach and our purpose remain the same: to make people healthier and to enhance and protect their lives.

The principles that Vitality is built upon are now being shared, offering fresh perspectives on leadership, opportunity, resilience and how some of the smallest actions can create a lasting impact.

Four principles. One powerful question.

Built on decades of experience, observation and learning, The Four Principles brings together the ideas that have shaped Adrian Gore's approach to leadership, innovation and long-term success.

At its heart, the book explores a question Adrian has reflected on for years:

Why do some people achieve extraordinary impact, while others with every advantage fall short?

The answer, Adrian believes, lies in a small set of practical principles that can be understood, learned and applied.
