How to make a complaint to Vitality

If you're not happy with our service, please let us know so that we can try to resolve your issue. We will resolve your issue as fast as possible, but if your issue is complex, it may take longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process. You can read about our complaints process on our Complaints page.
