ODEON WEEKLY PICK 2025 DISCOUNTED MOVIE VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS - VPW637203WF 10/25
- The Odeon Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these terms and conditions. The Odeon Benefit is available to Vitality Plus Members and Vitality Select Members via the Weekly Pick function.
- For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply;
a) Active means that a Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
b) Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity recognised by Vitality;
c) Cinema Ticket means a 2D ticket available for a movie at Participating Odeon’s;
d) Completion Criteria means the criteria set out in clauses 3 and 4 to be completed by the Eligible Members to receive a Voucher;
e) Eligible Member(s) means Vitality Plus Members and Vitality Select Members who;
i. are aged 18 years or over;
ii. are residents of the United Kingdom or a British Crown Dependency;
iii. are registered on the Member Zone;
iv. have completed their Health Profile; and
v. have met the Completion Criteria;
f) Health Profile means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it following completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
g) Member Zone means the online portal available to customers of Vitality (via personalised login) which allows them to review their Vitality Plan terms and other information relevant to their Vitality Plan;
h) Odeon means ODEON Cinemas Limited, (registered number 01854132) of 8th floor, 1 Stephen Street, London, W1T 1AT;
i) Plan Year means normally, the initial twelve-month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve-month period thereafter. Where there is a change in plan holder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is covered under;
j) Qualifying Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points;
k) Rewards means the weekly Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members via the Pick function including, but not limited to, the Voucher;
l) Selecting Week(s) means the calendar week immediately after a Qualifying Week commencing on a Monday and ending the following Sunday.
m) Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
n) VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality;
o) VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme administered by Vitality;
p) Vitality Plan means a Vitality Select Plan and/or a Vitality Plus Plan, together ‘Vitality Plans’ and each a ‘Vitality Plan’;
q) Vitality Plus Members means anyone 18 years or over with an Active Vitality Plus Plan;
r) Vitality Plus Plan means a either a;
i. VitalityHealth Plan under the following categories;
1. a personal healthcare plan;
2. a business healthcare plan;
3. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Plus;
4. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Plus;
but excluding 'Vitality at Work', 'Vitality Essentials' and 'Vitality Health Lite' products.
or
ii. VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Plus;
s) Vitality Plus means a benefit called ‘Vitality Plus’ which is included on certain personal and business VitalityHealth Plans and can be added to corporate VitalityHealth Plans and VitalityLife Plans for an additional fee;
t) Vitality Programme means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related Rewards;
u) Vitality Select means the benefit which can be added to plans called “Vitality Selct”;
v) Vitality Select Members means anyone 18 years or over with an Active Vitality Select Plan;
w) Vitality Select Plan means either a:
i. VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Select;
ii. A VitalityHealth Plan under one of the following categories;
1. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Select; or
2. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Select; or
3. a Vitality Health Lite Plan; or
iii. A ‘Vitality at Work Enterprise’ product or ‘Vitality at Work Business’ Plan;
x) Vitality UK App means the member app which is available on the ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices;
y) Voucher means one (1) weekly voucher for a 50% discount off the price of a Cinema Ticket at a Participating Odeon;
z) Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and Rewards once selected;
aa) Weekly Pick or Pick(ed) means a weekly feature in the Vitality UK App which allows Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week to ‘pick’ and unlock a weekly Reward during the Selecting Week. Further information about the Pick feature can be found here: - Eligible Members must achieve a Qualifying Week to enable them to Pick in a Selecting Week.
- Eligible Members may earn a Voucher as follows:
a) Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week may Pick a Voucher from the selection of Rewards available during the Selecting Week. Eligible Members must select the Voucher with their Pick within the Selecting Week. If the Pick is not used during the Selecting Week, an Eligible Member will lose their entitlement to Pick a Reward. Eligible Members who Pick the Voucher as their Reward must redeem the Voucher with Odeon by 11:59pm on Sunday at the end of the Selecting Week, regardless of when the Voucher was chosen during the week, following which it will expire and not be redeemable or available for use. Following selection of the Voucher, it will immediately be loaded in the Voucher Wallet and be available for use(the “Odeon Benefit”).
b) For the avoidance of doubt, persons under the age of 18 covered under a Vitality Plan will not be eligible for this Odeon Benefit. - Eligible Members who do not Pick within the Selecting Week will lose the opportunity to collect a Reward for that week.
- The Voucher may be redeemed; online, in Participating Odeon’s at ticket kiosks, or on the ‘myODEON’ app. Any Cinema Tickets bought using the Voucher will not incur a booking fee.
- The Vouchers are subject to the following conditions;
(A) The Vouchers may be used at the following Odeon cinemas (“Participating Odeon’s”) in the UK;
a) all standard Odeon cinemas;
b) all Odeon ‘Luxe’ cinemas except;
i. Odeon ‘Luxe & Dine’ cinemas; and
ii. Odeon Luxe Leicester Square, unless used in the following circumstances:
1. seats at movies showing in screens 2-5, or
2. ‘Circle Classic’ seats for movies in screen 1 (which will be subject to an upgrade fee).
(B) The Vouchers may be used at the following film screenings at Participating Odeon’s; ‘ODEON Newbies’, ‘ODEON Kids’, ‘ODEON Silver Cinema’ and ‘ODEON Screen Unseen’;
(C) Each Voucher may only be used once and are only valid for one (1) person.
(D) The Vouchers are not valid for use at Odeon Event Cinema’s, Odeon premieres, special events hosted at Odeon or any screenings or events held at Odeon which are not open to the public;
(E) The Vouchers are only redeemable for the price of a Cinema Ticket and excludes any additional or optional costs incurred by an Eligible Members for any upgrades, retail items and concessions, including but not limited to 3D glasses.
(F) The Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or membership including, but not limited to, Meerkat Movies, adult and child ticket bundles or any ticket bundles (including ticket bundles that include food and drink).
(G) Subject to clause 13, the Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
(H) The Cinema Tickets are subject to availability and both the Vouchers and Cinema Tickets will be subject to Odeon’s standard terms and conditions which may include, but is not limited to, any age restrictions and Odeon’s general admission terms.
(I) The Vouchers may not be re-distributed, re-sold, offered for sale or transferred for value by any Eligible Member. - Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by Odeon in relation to the Vouchers.
- Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing the Odeon Benefit) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
- Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points or is otherwise unable to take up this Odeon Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.
- Vitality will not be liable for any lost Voucher(s), including but not limited to, where an Eligible Member has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, any technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure or network or server failure of any kind.
- Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Odeon Benefit are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Vitality reserves the right to substitute any of the Vouchers or the Odeon Benefit with another voucher(s) or benefit of a similar value.
- Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Vouchers to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Odeon Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/) and data protection legislation.
- Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Odeon Benefit as the promoter.
- Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions covering the Weekly Pick function, the Weekly Pick terms and conditions as they apply to these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.

i. are aged 18 years or over;

w. Vitality UK App means the member app which is available on ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices;
x. Voucher means one (1) weekly voucher for a 50% discount off the price of any single adult or child Cinema Ticket, available for use at Vue cinemas except ‘Premiere’ cinemas, ‘Event’ cinemas, ‘Vue SCENE’, ‘Mighty Mornings’, ‘Big Shorts’ or any showings offering alternative content and special screenings;
y. Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and Rewards once selected;
z. Vue means VUE cinemas limited, company no 04698775 of 3rd Floor One Ariel Way, Westfield, London, United Kingdom, W12 7SL; and
aa. Vue Benefit has the meaning given to the term in clause 4 of these terms and conditions.
bb. Weekly Pick or Pick(ed) means a weekly feature in the Vitality UK App which allows Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week to ‘pick’ and unlock a weekly Reward during the Selecting Week. Further information about the Pick feature can be found here: - Eligible Members must earn 12 Activity Points in a calendar week, being 12:00am Monday to 11:59pm Sunday to enable them to Play in a Selecting Week.

- To redeem the Voucher, Eligible Members can pre-book a cinema ticket on the Vue website where they will receive a separate booking reference. Eligible Members will need to bring the booking reference and Vitality Plan membership number on the day of the movie if they are collecting their Cinema Ticket at the cinema box office.
- The Voucher(s) are subject to the following conditions:
a. The Voucher may only be applied to a single ticket. If an Eligible Member wishes to buy multiple tickets in one booking they may select which ticket the Voucher should apply to;
b. Eligible Members can only apply the Voucher to online bookings and not bookings made in person at a Vue cinema;
c. Eligible Members are only entitled to one Voucher per week;
d. The Vouchers are for the price of a Cinema Ticket only and excludes any additional costs incurred from any booking fees, upgrades to tickets , retail items and concessions, including 3D glasses. Any additional items other than the Cinema Ticket will be incurred at an Eligible Member’s own cost;
e. The Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount including, but not limited to ‘Big Shorts’;
f. The Vouchers are for an Eligible Member’s personal use only and may not be redistributed, re-sold, offered for sale or transferred for value.
g. Subject to clause 14, the Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash;

- For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply;
a) Active means that a Vitality plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
b) Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity recognised by Vitality;

k) Play or Play(ed) means a game in the Vitality UK App available for Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week. Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week will be able to Play in the Selecting Week to find up to four (4) ‘Stanleys’ to give them a chance to unlock Rewards via the Reward Mall, which is capped at three (3) Rewards per calendar month. l) Qualifying Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points;
m) Rewards means the monthly Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members including, but not limited to, the Vouchers (as applicable);
n) Reward Mall means the screen within the Vitality UK App where Eligible Members who have Played can select their Rewards from, available for one (1) week from the last Monday of each calendar month;
o) Selecting Week(s) means the calendar week immediately after a Qualifying Week commencing on a Monday and ending the following Sunday;

v) Vitality Programme means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related Rewards;
w) Vitality UK App means the member app which is available on the ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices;
x) Voucher(s) means one (1) monthly voucher for a 50% discount off the price of a Cinema Ticket at a Participating Odeon; and
y) Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and Rewards once selected. - Eligible Members must achieve a Qualifying Week to enable them to Play in a Selecting Week.
- Provided that an Eligible Member has achieved at least one (1) Qualifying Week in a calendar month and Played for the relevant Qualifying Week, Eligible Members may earn a Voucher as follows;
a) From the last Monday of that month until the end of the following Sunday, Eligible Members who have found at least four (4) ‘Stanleys’ via the Play function in that calendar month will be able to select their Reward(s) within the Reward Mall, one of which may be a Voucher. The Reward Mall will open on the last Monday of each calendar month and will be open until 11:59pm on the following Sunday. If a Reward(s) is/are not selected from the Reward Mall during this period, Members will no longer be able to select any Rewards they have unlocked. One (1) Voucher in each month may be selected;
b) If an Eligible Member selects the Voucher within their Reward Mall, this will be available within the Voucher Wallet for 30 days following the Voucher being selected. Upon expiry of the Voucher at the end of the 30 days, it will no longer be available for use.

g) Subject to clause 13, the Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash;
h) The Cinema Tickets are subject to availability and both the Vouchers and Cinema Tickets will be subject to Odeon’s standard terms and conditions which may include, but is not limited to, any age restrictions and Odeon’s general admission terms;
i) The Vouchers may not be re-distributed, re-sold, offered for sale or transferred for value by any Eligible Member. - Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by Odeon in relation to the Vouchers.
- Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing the Odeon Benefit) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
- Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points or is otherwise unable to take up this Odeon Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.

3. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Plus;
4. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Plus;
but excluding ‘Vitality at Work, ‘Vitality Essentials’ and ‘Vitality Health Lite’ products.

v. w. Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and Rewards once selected; and
x. Vue means VUE cinemas limited, company no 04698775 of 3rd Floor One Ariel Way, Westfield, London, United Kingdom, W12 7SL. - Eligible Members must achieve a Qualifying Week to enable them to Play in a Selecting Week.
- Provided that an Eligible Member has achieved at least one (1) Qualifying Week in a calendar month and Played for the relevant Qualifying Week, Eligible Members may earn a Voucher as follows:
a. From the last Monday of that month until the end of the following Sunday, Eligible Members who have found at least four (4) ‘Stanleys’ via the Play function in that month will be able to select their Reward(s) within the Reward Mall, one of which may be a Voucher. The Reward Mall will open on the last Monday of each calendar month and will be open until 11:59pm on the following Sunday. If a Reward(s) is/are not selected from the Reward Mall during this period, Members will no longer be able to select any Rewards they have unlocked. One (1) Voucher in each month may be selected;

a. The Voucher may only be applied to a single ticket. If an Eligible Member wishes to buy multiple tickets in one booking they may select which ticket the Voucher should apply to;
b. Eligible Members can only apply the Voucher to online bookings and not bookings made in person at a Vue cinema;
c. Eligible Members are only entitled to one Voucher per month;
d. The Vouchers are for the price of a Cinema Ticket only and exclude any additional costs incurred from any booking fees, upgrades to tickets , retail items and concessions, including 3D glasses. Any additional items other than the Cinema Ticket will be incurred at an Eligible Member’s own cost;
e. The Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount including, but not limited to ‘Big Shorts’;
f. The Vouchers are for an Eligible Member’s personal use only and may not be redistributed, re-sold, offered for sale or transferred for value.

Other persons under an Eligible Member’s Vitality Plus Plan

Multiple Eligible Members: Where there are multiple Eligible Members covered under a single Vitality Plus Plan, each Eligible Member needs to achieve a 4-Week Streak to be entitled to receive a Voucher for themselves as one of their Rewards.

Persons under the age of 18: Where there are persons under the age of 18 covered under the Vitality Plus Plan:
a) For individual Vitality Plus Plans, the Eligible Member will need to achieve a 4-Week Streak. Where an Eligible Member selects a Voucher, subject to clause 10 below, each underage person covered under the Vitality Plus Plan will be awarded a Voucher.
b) For joint Vitality Plus Plans only the Principal Member will need to achieve a 4-Week Streak to be entitled to select a Voucher for the person(s) who is under the age of 18. Subject to clause 10 below, where the Principal Member selects the Voucher as their Reward, each underage person covered under the Plan will be allocated a Voucher.
c) Subject to clause 10, only one (1) Voucher can be awarded per underage person covered under a Vitality Plus Plan per 4-Week Streak.
Selecting and using your Voucher

Provided that an Eligible Member (or Principal Member in relation to clause 4(b) above) has achieved a 4-Week Streak in accordance with these terms and conditions, they will be eligible to select up to two Rewards, only one of which may include the Voucher.

We will unlock your Rewards;
a) on a Monday immediately following a 4-Week Streak; or
b) if all Activity Points have not been awarded by the end of a week, as soon as 12 Activity Points have been awarded to you for the preceding week (meaning you have achieved an Active Week for the preceding week) -
If you select the Voucher, it will be saved and accessible within your Voucher Wallet.

The Voucher will be available for selection and redemption for four (4) weeks. This four-week period will start from the immediate Monday after you have achieved a 4-Week Streak (and are therefore eligible to select your Reward(s)) until 11:59pm on the Sunday of the fourth week regardless of the actual day on which you select the Reward(s). Therefore, you must both select and use your chosen Rewards within this same four-week period.

i. are aged 18 years or over
ii. are residents of the United Kingdom (other than Northern Ireland);
iii. are registered on the Member Zone;
iv. have completed their Health Profile; and
v. have achieved a Streak
a reference to ‘you’ in these terms and conditions means an Eligible Member;
f. 4-Week Streak means the achievement by Eligible Members who have maintained four (4) Active Weeks in a row, after which those Eligible Members may, via the Vitality UK App, select and unlock Rewards in accordance with these terms and conditions. Further information about the 4-Week Streak feature can be found here:
g. Health Profile means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it following completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
h. Member Zone means the online portal available to customers of Vitality (via personalised login) which allows them to review their Vitality plan terms, Activity Points and other information relevant to their Vitality plan;
i. Plan Year means normally, the initial twelve-month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plus Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve-month period thereafter. Where there is a change in plan holder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plus Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is covered under;
j. Principal Member means in relation to a joint Vitality Plus Plan, the Eligible Member who is the main plan holder and has a contract with Vitality, as shown on their membership certificate;
k. Reward(s) means the Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members who have unlocked a 4-Week Streak including, but not limited to, the Voucher as part of the Vitality Programme;
l. Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife. A reference to ‘we’ in these terms and conditions also means Vitality;
m. VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality;
n. VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme administered by Vitality;
o. Vitality Plus means a benefit called “Vitality Plus” which is included on certain personal and business VitalityHealth Plans and can be added to corporate VitalityHealth Plans and VitalityLife Plans for an additional fee;
p. Vitality Plus Members means anyone 18 years or over covered under an Active Vitality Plus Plan;
q. Vitality Plus Plan means either a;
i. VitalityHealth Plan under the following categories;
1. a personal healthcare plan;
2. a business healthcare plan;
3. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Plus;
4. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Plus; or
but excluding ‘Vitality at Work‘, Vitality Essentials’ and ‘Vitality Health Lite’ products.
ii. VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Plus;
r. Vitality Programme means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related Rewards;
s. Vitality UK App means the member app which is available on the ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices;
t. Voucher(s) means a voucher for a free Cinema Ticket available to use at Vue cinemas but not towards ‘Premiere’ cinemas, ‘Vue SCENE’ cinemas (big screen experiences), ‘Event’ cinemas or any showings offering alternative content and special screenings;
u. Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and Rewards once selected; and
v. Vue means VUE cinemas limited, company no 04698775 of 3rd Floor One Ariel Way, Westfield, London, United Kingdom, W12 7SL
w. Vue Benefit means the benefit provided by Vitality to Eligible Members under the Vitality Programme in accordance with these terms and conditions to receive a Voucher.
Other persons under an Eligible Member’s Vitality Plus Plan

Multiple Eligible Members: Where there are multiple Eligible Members covered under a single Vitality Plus Plan, each Eligible Member must achieve a 4-Week Streak to be entitled to receive a Voucher for themselves as one of their Rewards.
- Persons under the age of 18: Where there are persons under the age of 18 covered under the Vitality Plus Plan:
a. For individual Vitality Plus Plans, the Eligible Member will need to achieve a 4-Week Streak to be able to select a Voucher on behalf of the under 18 person. Where an Eligible Member selects a Voucher, subject to clause 10 below, each underage person covered under the Vitality Plus Plan will be awarded a Voucher.
b. For joint Vitality Plus Plans, only the Principal Member will need to achieve a 4-Week Streak to be entitled to select a Voucher. Subject to clause 10 below, where the Principal Member selects the Voucher as their Reward, each underage person covered under the Plan will be allocated a Voucher.
c. Subject to clause 10, only one (1) Voucher can be awarded per underage person covered under a Vitality Plus Plan per 4-Week Streak.
Selecting and using your Voucher

Provided that an Eligible Member (or Principal Member in relation to clause 4(b) above) has achieved a 4-Week Streak in accordance with these terms and conditions they will be eligible to select up to two Rewards, only one of which may include the Voucher.

We will unlock your Rewards;
a. on a Monday immediately following a 4-Week Streak; or
b. if all Activity Points have not been awarded by the end of a week, as soon as 12 Activity Points have been awarded to you for the preceding week (meaning you have achieved an Active Week for the preceding week) -
If you select the Voucher, it will be saved and accessible within your Voucher Wallet.

The Voucher will be available for selection and redemption for four (4) weeks. This four-week period will start from the immediate Monday after you have achieved a 4-Week Streak (and are therefore eligible to select your Reward(s)) until 11:59pm on the Sunday of the fourth week regardless of the actual day on which you select the Reward(s). Therefore, you must both select and use your chosen Rewards within this same four-week period.

With respect to clause 8 above, if for example you select the Voucher at 11:58pm on the Sunday of the fourth week, the Voucher will still expire and be unavailable for use after 11:59pm on that same Sunday. If the Voucher is not selected within this period, you will not be able to select it again until you achieve another 4-Week Streak.

For VitalityLife Plans with multiple insured persons taken out after 27 February 2023, a maximum of four (4) Vouchers can be selected during 4-Week Streak during each calendar month.

The Vouchers may redeemed either online or in Vue cinemas and not in any other circumstances and always in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Vouchers may also be used for ‘Mini Morning Screenings’.
- Eligible Members may use the Vouchers in the following ways:
a. If redeeming online, Eligible Members may pre-book a Cinema Ticket on the Vue website where they will receive a separate booking reference. Eligible Members will need to bring the booking reference and Vitality Plus Plan membership number on the day of the movie if they are collecting their Cinema Ticket at the cinema box office.
b. If redeeming in person at the cinema, Eligible Members will need to book at the desk using their Vitality Plus Plan membership number and the Voucher. - The Vouchers are subject to the following conditions:
a. The Voucher may only be applied to a single ticket. If an Eligible Member wishes to buy multiple tickets in one booking they may select which ticket the Voucher should apply to;
b. The Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount;
c. The Vouchers are only redeemable for the price of a Cinema Ticket and excludes any additional or optional costs incurred by an Eligible Members including but not limited to 3D movies, IMAX screenings and VIP and Recliner seats, retail items and 3D glasses. Upgrades for these sessions, items and seats can be booked online for an additional cost. for:
d. The Vouchers are for an Eligible Member’s personal use only (unless booking on behalf of an under 18 insured under a Vitality Plus Plan);
e. The Vouchers may not be redistributed, re-sold, offered for sale or transferred for value;
f. Subject to clause 19, the Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash;
g. The Vouchers and Cinema Tickets will be subject to Vue’s own terms and conditions which may include, but is not limited to, age restrictions and Vue’s general admission terms. - Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by Vue in relation to the Vouchers.
- Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing the Vue Benefit) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
- Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points, or is otherwise unable to take up this Vue Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.
- Vitality will not be liable for any lost Voucher(s), including but not limited to, where an Eligible Member has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, any technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure or network or server failure of any kind
- Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Vue Benefit are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Vitality reserves the right to substitute any of the Vouchers or the Vue Benefit with another voucher(s) or benefit(s) of a similar value.
- Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Vouchers to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Vue Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ ) and data protection legislation.
- Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Vue Benefit as the promoter.
- Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions covering the 4-Week Streak function, the 4-Week Streak terms and conditions as they apply to these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law and by taking part in the Vue Benefit, Eligible Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
4-WEEK STREAK NORTHERN IRELAND 2025 MOVIE VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025 - VPTD345753WF 12/25
- The Northern Ireland Cinema Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these terms and conditions. The Northern Ireland Cinema Benefit will only be available to Eligible Members with Vitality Plus and associated Free Movie Vouchers are only available via the 4-Week Streak feature.
- For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply;
a) Active means that a Vitality Plus Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
b) Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity recognised by Vitality;
c) Active Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points, or a lower threshold as determined by Vitality if applicable. Only Activity Points earned during that period count towards the weekly goal for the purpose of unlocking a 4-Week Streak. Further information about unlocking a 4-Week Streak can be found here.
d) Cinema Ticket means an adult 2D ticket or a child 2D ticket available for a movie at Participating Cinemas;
e) Eligible Member(s) means Vitality Plus Members who;
i. are residents of Northern Ireland;
ii. are registered on the Member Zone;
iii. have completed their Health Profile; and
iv. achieved a 4-Week Streak;
a reference to ‘you’ in these terms and conditions also means Eligible Member(s);
f) 4-Week Streak means the achievement by Eligible Members who have maintained four (4) Active Weeks in a row, after which those Eligible Members may, via the Vitality UK App, select and unlock Rewards in accordance with these terms and conditions. Further information about the 4-Week Streak feature can be found here:
g) Free Movie Voucher or Voucher(s) means one (1) voucher for a free Cinema Ticket to be used at a Participating Cinema of the Eligible Member’s choice;
h) Health Profile means the feature within the Vitality UK App which, which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it following a Vitality member completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
i) Member Zone means the online portal available to customers of Vitality (via personalised login) which allows them to review their Vitality plan terms and other information relevant to their Vitality plan;
j) Northern Ireland Cinema Benefit means the availability of a Free Movie Voucher as a Reward for Eligible Members;
k) Participating Cinemas means ODEON cinemas, Irish Multiplex Cinemas (IMC), Omniplex Cinemas, Movie House cinemas and The Ritz cinemas located in Northern Ireland;
l) Plan Year means, normally, the initial twelve-month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plus Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve-month period thereafter. Where there is a change in plan holder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plus Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is covered under;
m) Principal Member means in relation to a joint Vitality Plus Plan, the Eligible Member who is the main plan account holder and has a contract with Vitality, as shown on their membership certificate;
n) Rewards means the Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members who have unlocked a 4-Week Streak including, but not limited to, the Free Movie Voucher as part of the Vitality Programme;
o) SPARK means SPARK Marketing Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with a company number 09975027 and registered office at the Old Sawmills, Filleigh, Barnstaple, England, EX32 0RN;
p) Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife. A reference to ‘we’ in these terms and conditions also means a reference to Vitality;

c) Onmiplex, ODEON or Movie House may be redeemed online or in-person at the box office; Any Cinema Tickets bought using the Vouchers will not incur a booking fee. - The Free Movie Vouchers are subject to the following conditions;
a) Each Free Movie Voucher may only be used once and are only valid for one (1) person.
b) If a Free Movie Voucher is redeemed towards an ODEON cinema, the Free Movie Voucher is not valid for use at ODEON Event Cinemas, ODEON premieres, special events hosted at ODEON or any screenings or events held at ODEON which are not open to the public.
c) The Free Movie Vouchers are only redeemable for the price of a Cinema Ticket and excludes any additional or optional costs incurred by an Eligible Members for any upgrades, retail items and concessions, including but not limited to 3D glasses.
d) The Free Movie Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or membership.
e) Subject to clause 17, the Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
