- The Offer is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- For the purposes of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
- “Active” means that a Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
- “Discount(s)” means:
- one (1) 20% discount available for use on the purchase of a full-priced Trek Bike and Trek Accessories purchased in the same transaction (“20% Discount”).
- one (1) 10% discount available for use on the purchase of any discounted Trek Bike and Trek Accessories, or a full-priced Trek Bike and Trek Accessories purchased using finance or through the “Cycle to Work Scheme” (“10% Discount”),
each a ‘Discount’ and collectively, the ‘Discounts’. Use of the Discounts is subject to certain conditions and exclusions below.
- “Eligible Member(s)” means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plan who:
- is a resident of the United Kingdom or a British Crown Dependency;
- is registered on the Member Zone;
- has completed their Health Profile.
- “Health Profile” means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following Vitality members completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
- “Plan Year” means normally, the initial twelve‑month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve‑month period thereafter.
- “Reward Period” means:
- in respect of the 10% Discount, every 90 days during each Eligible Member’s Plan year; and
- in respect of the 20% Discount, every 12-month rolling,
each a ‘Reward Period’ and together the ‘Reward Periods’.
- “Trek Bike” means a selected Trek, Electra or Diamant Bike sold on the Trek Stores Website or in-store.
- “Trek Accessories” means eligible accessories, clothing and components sold online on the Trek Website or in-store.
- “Trek Website” means www.Trekstore.co.uk/vitality
- “Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited and is registered in England and Wales with company number 05933141. The registered office address is 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ, trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
- VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality. Also including Vitality Health Lite, Vitality at Work and Vitality Essentials;
- VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme, administered by Vitality;
- “Vitality Plan” means a VitalityHealth Plan or VitalityLife Plan;
- “Vitality Programme” means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which Vitality members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related benefits; and
- “Vitality UK App” means the Vitality member app, used to host the Vitality Programme, where Vitality members can track their activity, manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme.
3. During each Reward Period, each Eligible Member:
- will be able to access a unique discount code via the Vitality UK App to access and benefit from each Discount;
- will be able to redeem and use no more than one (1) of each Discount; and
- is only entitled to one (1) of each Discount even where an Eligible Member is covered under more than one (1) Vitality Plan; and
- may use each Discount for purchases either in-store or online at the Trek Website, and may make purchases using the Discounts for “click and collect” or for delivery.
4. The following Discount conditions, exclusions and limitations apply:
- In respect of the 20% Discount only:
- may not be used on discounted or ‘on-sale’ items, Brompton bikes and accessories, items purchased using finance and may not be applied to “Cycle to Work Schemes”;
- In respect of both Discounts:
- Delivery purchases are not available for Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands;
- The relevant Discount will be applied on the advertised retail price of each item purchased using the Discount;
- The relevant Discount will be applied to the total cost of the transaction where multiple items are being purchased using the Discount; and
- Only one (1) Trek Bike may be purchased per Discount used.
- Vouchers are not valid for use in independent Trek stockists.
5. The Discounts can only be utilised by Eligible Members. Any re-sale or distribution of any Eligible Products purchased by an Eligible Member using the Discounts to other persons is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Vitality reserves the right to take action consistent with our legal rights against any Eligible Member in the event of any suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, including where we suspect dishonest or fraudulent behaviour by an Eligible Member.
7. Each Discount is only available for single use and is non-stackable.
8. Unused Discounts will not roll over into the next applicable Reward Period.
9. Eligible Members are entitled to only one of each Discount per Reward Period which can each only be used in a single transaction (i.e. one transaction using the 20% Discount and one transaction using the 10% Discount) .
10. This Offer is subject to Trek Bike and Trek Accessories own terms and conditions.
11. Vitality is not liable to any Eligible Members in any way in relation to the Offer, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Vitality reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this Offer at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Eligible Member.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and Eligible Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these Terms and Conditions.
14. Vitality accepts no responsibility for Discounts lost or affected due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
15. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Discounts are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Vitality reserves the right to substitute any of the Discounts with another of similar value, including in the event that either of the Discounts are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Vitality’s reasonable control.
17. Subject to clause 16, the Discounts are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and no alternative offer is available.
18. Vitality reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any stage for any reason, on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website.
19. Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Discount(s) to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
20. All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Offer in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/ or if not, requested from Vitality) and data protection legislation.
21. The promoter of the Offer is Vitality.
