2 To add Vitality Plus on to a life insurance plan, you'll need to:
- Pay at least £45 a month for an individual plan, or £60 a month for a joint plan, and;
- Add Optimiser onto your life insurance plan and;
- Pay an extra fee of £5.50 per adult, per month.
Corporate Healthcare plans and trust schemes administered by VitalityHealth need to include Vitality Plus to be eligible for this reward.
