Credit agreement

To get the Apple Watch, you’ll need to pass a credit check and agree to a 40-month, 0% APR consumer credit agreement with 36 monthly Direct Debits through Novuna Personal Finance (a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC) as part of purchasing an Apple Watch through Vitality. Checking your eligibility will place a soft search on your credit file which is not visible to other lenders.

If you took out the Apple Watch before October 2024, your loan agreement will stay with etika Finance UK Ltd. If you have any questions about your credit agreement or the credit application, please contact etika Finance UK or Novuna Personal Finance directly.

Your monthly payment is based on how many activity points you earn per month. The more points you earn, the less you pay towards your loan repayment with Novuna (or etika Finance UK) for that month. How to link your Apple Watch

Make sure your Apple watch is set up and linked to Apple Health. Find out how to do it in Apple's User guide. Then follow these steps to link your Vitality UK app and earn activity points:

  1. Set up your Apple Watch and link it to Apple Health
  2. Download or open the Vitality UK app
  3. In the Vitality UK app, tap “Account” icon in the top menu
  4. In the Settings section, select “Device connections”
  5. Tap the Apple Health icon
  6. Select “Turn All Catgories On”, then tap “Allow”

Order, delivery and returns

Ordering your Apple Watch

You can purchase your Apple Watch through Vitality to make use of this benefit. Any adult member of a qualifying plan can have an Apple Watch, however there can be only one active Apple Watch benefit per play at any point in time.

Tracking your Apple Watch delivery

You'll get a text message when your Apple Watch has been dispatched. This gives tou the option to change the delivery date, arrange delivery to a safe place or a neighbour, or to collect your Apple watch from a local depot.

Changing device

To change your device, you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting it. Once the system updates, you can reorder the preferred watch.
If the order has already been dispatched, you'll need to wait for the delivery to arrive and then return the watch. Once Apple receive tour return, you can order the preferred watch.

Returning your Apple Watch

if you want to return your Apple Watch during your 14-day cooling off period, contact us. Remember that the box your Apple Watch came in must be unopened. If you'd like to return your watch because of damage within 90 days of delivery, contact AppleCare.
