Ordering an Apple Watch from Vitality

You can order selected Apple Watch models from Vitality. Models currently available in our offer include:

  • Apple Watch Series 9
  • Apple Watch SE

If you’re an existing Vitality member with a qualifying plan, log in to Member Zone to order your Apple Watch. Please note that if you’ve had an Apple Watch from Vitality before, upfront costs for Apple Watch Series 9 start from £180 (RRP from £399).

Paying for your Apple Watch

Apple Watch Series 9 is available from £39 upfront and Apple Watch SE is available from £1 upfront. Apple Watch Series 9 RRP from £399 and Apple Watch SE RRP from £219.
You'll need to agree to a 36-month, 0% APR consumer credit agreement with etika Finance UK Ltd.

Once you've connected your Apple Watch to Vitality, you can earn activity points for getting active. This will determine how much you'll pay etika for your Apple Watch each month, for 36 months.

The more you move, the less you'll pay...

  • Apple Watch Series 9: You'll pay between £0 and £10 each month
  • Apple Watch SE: You'll pay between £0 and £6 each month.

We offer Apple Watch on a 0% APR consumer credit agreement with etika Finance UK Ltd. 

When you order an Apple Watch from Vitality, etika will decide if they will approve your credit.

Tracking your Apple Watch delivery

Please make sure your address is up to date as you won't be able to change it once you've ordered your Apple Watch. You can check and update your address in Member Zone.

Please note that Apple can only deliver to a UK residential or business address. They cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.

When your Apple Watch is dispatched, we'll send you an email to confirm an estimated delivery date. You'll be able to track your delivery using the track your delivery using the DHL Track and Trace system.

Apple Watch order and delivery FAQs

You don’t need an Apple ID when you buy an Apple Watch, however you will need an Apple ID to activate and use both your iPhone and Apple Watch. 
No, only one Vitality member on each plan, aged 18 or over, can have an active Apple Watch benefit at any point in time. If you have a joint VitalityHealth or VitalityLife plan, only one Apple Watch is available. For all adult members of a joint plan to be eligible for Apple Watch, each member must also hold separate, sole eligible plans. 

You must buy your Apple Watch under your own Vitality membership number within Member Zone. You cannot gift it to someone else on your Vitality account and it can’t be transferred to anyone else on your Vitality account at any time. 

If you have already bought an Apple Watch through Vitality and the loan is paid off early, you’ll still need to wait until the last payment date of the original payment schedule until you are eligible again.
If you think that your Apple Watch has been damaged in transit, for example the box is crushed or the screen is cracked, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 
Please note that you will need to pay for the return postage. 
Damaged within 90 days of delivery: 
If your Apple Watch is not working when you first use it, contact AppleCare for a free diagnosis over the phone. 
Please then contact us to arrange a return (you'll need to provide your AppleCare Case ID).
If the issue appears after the first use, the Apple one year Warranty applies. You can contact the AppleCare team for a free diagnosis over the phone. You may also need to contact an approved Apple service provider for an inspection (fees may apply). 
If the inspection shows a manufacturer issue, your watch will be repaired or exchanged for free with AppleCare.
Apple also offer a 90-day Complimentary Support on their new devices.

Damaged between 90 days to one year from activation:
The Apple one year warranty may apply.  You can contact the AppleCare team for a free diagnosis over the phone. You may also need to contact an approved Apple service provider for an inspection (fees may apply). 
If the inspection shows a manufacturer issue, your watch will be repaired or exchanged for free with AppleCare.  
If the issue is non-manufacturer related, you'll receive a quote for repair costs.
Damaged more than one year from unit activation: 
The device will not be covered by AppleCare. Please contact an official Apple service provider (fees may apply).
If the inspection shows a manufacturer issue, your watch will be repaired or exchanged for free under the Consumer Law Claim. 
If the issue is non-manufacturer related, you'll receive a quote for repair costs.
AppleCare+ for Apple Watch is an insurance product that provides up to two years of telephone technical support and hardware coverage, including up to two incidents of accidental damage, each subject to a £49 excess fee. In addition, you get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone. 
Vitality don’t include AppleCare+, but you can buy it directly from Apple.
