You can order selected Apple Watch Series 3 GPS or Apple Watch Nike+ Series 3 GPS models with Vitality.

Apple Watch payments and Vitality activity points

Apple Watch Series 3 GPS starts at £329, so you’ll make an initial upfront payment of £29 for 38mm models or £59 for 42mm models, followed by 24 Direct Debit payments of between £0 and £12.50 per month depending on your monthly activity.

To have the remaining payments of your Apple Watch fully funded by Vitality contributions, earn 160 Vitality activity points every month and stay with us for the entire purchase period.

Will I pass the credit check for an Apple Watch order?

Apple Watch with Vitality is offered on a 0% APR credit loan agreement with PayBreak Limited. When you order an Apple Watch with Vitality, you will set up an afforditNOW account with PayBreak Limited.

Your eligibility to order an Apple Watch with Vitality will therefore depend on the decision to approve your credit.

How much is the initial upfront payment for Apple Watch with Vitality?

Your initial upfront payment for Apple Watch will vary depending on the case size (38mm or 42mm) that you’ve chosen.

For example, Apple Watch Series 3 starts at £329 so you’ll make an initial upfront payment of £29 for the 38mm models or £59 for the 42mm models.

The following 24 Direct Debit payments will then vary between £0 and £12.50 per month depending on your Vitality activity points earned each month.

Can I buy more than one Apple Watch with Vitality?

No, you can only buy one Apple Watch at a time with Vitality for you own personal use. You must also buy it under your own Vitality membership number within Member Zone.

Unfortunately, you cannot gift your Apple Watch to someone else on your Vitality account and it cannot be transferred to anyone else on your Vitality account at any time.

Once your final Direct Debit payment has been taken after 24 months and you own your Apple Watch outright, you will then be able to buy another Apple Watch with Vitality.

What happens if I accidentally close the window during the Apple Watch order process?

If you accidentally close the window during the Apple Watch order process, before you've made your upfront payment, you’ll have to start again.

To start again, select the 'Choose your Apple Watch' button on the Apple Watch page in Member Zone.

An order will not be placed until you’ve made a payment.

Where can I find my Vitality order reference number?

If you want to speak to Vitality Customer Services about your Apple Watch order, you’ll need your Vitality reference number.

Please note: the Vitality reference number is not your Vitality membership number.

You’ll be able to find the Vitality reference number on your order confirmation and dispatch emails.

Once you’ve started earning Vitality activity points, you’ll also be able to find your Vitality reference number on the right hand sidebar of the Apple Watch page under ‘Partners and rewards’ within Member Zone online.

What is AppleCare+ for Apple Watch and do I get it if I buy Apple Watch with Vitality?

AppleCare+ for Apple Watch is an insurance product that provides up to two years of expert telephone technical support and hardware coverage, including up to two incidents of accidental damage, each subject to a £49 excess fee. In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone.

AppleCare+ benefits are separate from a consumer’s right to a free-of-charge repair or replacement, by the seller, of goods that do not conform with the contract of sale.

Vitality do not offer this option, but if you wish to purchase AppleCare+ for Apple Watch, you can buy it directly from Apple.

When will my Apple Watch be delivered?

We'll send you an email with an estimated delivery date when your Apple Watch is ready for dispatch.

Once your Apple Watch has been dispatched, you’ll get a text message giving you the option to change the delivery date, arrange delivery to a safe place or neighbour or to collect your Apple Watch from a local depot.

Please note that can you can’t amend the delivery address once your Apple Watch has been dispatched.

Apple are only able to deliver to a UK business or residential address. They are unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office military bases.

What do I do if my Apple Watch has been damaged in transit?

If you think that your Apple Watch has been damaged in transit, for example the box is crushed or the screen is cracked, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You can do this by sending us a secure message via ‘Contact us’ in the footer in Member Zone or by calling us on one of the following numbers:

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

You can cancel your Apple Watch and receive a full refund for your initial upfront payment at any time during your 14 day cooling off period.

The cooling off period starts from the moment you receive your order.

We’d also recommend that you check which size of Apple Watch you’d like to order to avoid having to return it. Please try one or more of these options:

  • Visit an Apple Store to try on different models and designs
  • Take a look at the Apple Watch Sizing guide and their printable cut outs to see what each case size will look like on your wrist
  • Use the “virtual” try-on. You can do this by downloading the Apple Store app and selecting ‘Apple Watch.’ Click on the model you’re interested in and under ‘Case sizes’ there is a link to ‘Compare case sizes.’ Then you can slide between the actual sizes of watch face and place it on your wrist to see how it will look
How do I return my Apple Watch?

If you need to return your Apple Watch, please get in contact with us as quickly as possible.

You must ensure the box your Apple Watch came in is unopened if you wish to return your Apple Watch within the 14 day cooling off period.
