Face-to-face GP support
Here's everything you need to know about booking an appointment with one of our GP partners.
How it works
For a discounted rate of £20 per appointment, you can book face-to-face GP appointments with one of our GP partners. Discounted appointments are limited to two per plan year (except for members with the London Care hospital list, who have unlimited appointments at the discounted rate).
If you are already a member, you can find your hospital list in the Manage My Plan section of Member Zone.
This benefit is available to personal, business and corporate healthcare plans. It is not available to Vitality Essentials, Vitality at Work, Vitality Plus, Vitality Health Lite and Health Lite with Diagnostics plans.
Please note face-to-face GPs are available in select locations across the UK. If they are not available in your area, you can see your other GP options in Care Hub
