Mindful Chef FAQs

When you sign up through Member Zone, you’ll either link your existing Mindful Chef account or create a new one. Please follow the steps in Member Zone to complete your sign up.
Once you’ve signed up to Mindful Chef, follow the steps in Member Zone to link your account.

You’ll receive your weekly discount if you achieve 12 activity points in a week. Your discount will be available to use the following Thursday. Mindful Chef will email you to let you know that your discount is available to use.

You can cancel your order using the delivery calendar in your account with Mindful Chef. This must be done by midnight four days before your delivery day.
