Health insurance claim

If you need to request care against your health plan, or view and manage your approved treatments, log in to Member Zone and go to the Health Plan section to access the Care Hub.

If you haven’t used our Care Hub before, read our step-by-step guide on how to request care. From here you can:

  • Book video GP consultations
  • Book physio sessions
  • Access mental health support
  • Request care for yourself
  • Get instant treatment decisions
  • Book a virtual or in-person consultation
  • View and manage your approved treatments, bills, and payments
  • Understand your benefits and track your excess.

Life insurance claim

To make a claim on your life insurance, first read our guide on how to make a life insurance claim. Here you can find the information we will need when you contact us, and when you’ll need to notify us by. If you don’t submit your claim within the notification period, we may not be able to accept the claim.

Then if you’d prefer to contact us by email, drop us a line at lifeclaims@vitality.co.uk. We’ll respond as soon as possible.

Car insurance claim

If you haven’t made a claim before, read our step-by-step guide on how to make a car insurance claim.

If you need to contact us about your claim, we’re here to help you 24/7 365 days a year:
  • If you need to speak to us about an accident or stolen car, give us a call on 0330 024 0631
  • If you need to speak to Autoglass about a windscreen repair, you can call them on 0330 024 0633.

Travel insurance claim

If you have Worldwide Travel Cover with us and need to make a claim, give us a call on 0345 602 3523 and ask to speak to our Travel team. We're available Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

If you’re abroad and need to make an emergency travel claim, call +44 345 278 5605. The travel insurance claims team are available 24/7 and can help arrange emergency treatment for you, and your return to the UK if needed.

If you need to make a claim for legal assistance under your Worldwide Travel Cover, you should contact DAS Legal Expenses on 0117 934 2140.

Calls to ‘03’ numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number, whether from a mobile or landline. If you get inclusive free calls to local rate numbers with your landline or mobile tariff, calls to ‘03’ numbers will be included.
