PIZZAEXPRESS WEEKLY PICK VOUCHERS- 2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS - VPTD886201WF 02/26
- The Weekly Pick Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these terms and conditions.
- For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
- Active means that a Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
- Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity as recognised by Vitality;
- Completion Criteria means the criteria set out in clauses 3 and 4 below, to be completed by the Eligible Members to receive one of the Vouchers;
- Discount Voucher means a weekly voucher for a 25% discount off Selected Products at PizzaExpress, each a ‘Discount Voucher’ and collectively, the ‘Vouchers’;
- Eligible Member(s) means Vitality Plus Members and/or Vitality Select Members who;
- are aged 18 years old and over;
- are residents of the United Kingdom or British Crown Dependencies;
- are registered on the Member Zone;
- have completed their Health Profile; and
- have met the Completion Criteria;
- Health Profile means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following a Vitality member completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
- Member Zone means the online portal available to customers of Vitality (via personalised login) which allows them to review their Vitality Plan terms and other information relevant to their Vitality Plan;
- Weekly Pick or Pick(ed) means a weekly feature in the Vitality UK App which allows Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week to ‘pick’ and unlock a weekly Reward in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Selecting Week. - PizzaExpress means PizzaExpress (UK) Limited, the company (registered number 01404552) with a registered office at Building 01 Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, United Kingdom, UB8 1DH;
- Plan Year means normally, the initial twelve month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve month period thereafter. Where there is a change in planholder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is covered under;.
- Qualifying Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points;
- Rewards means the weekly, 4-weekly, or monthly Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members via the Pick function, including the Weekly Pick Benefit;
- Selected Products means within the PizzaExpress Vitality Range on the PizzaExpress menu;
- Selecting Week(s) means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, immediately after a Qualifying Week commencing on a Monday during which Eligible Members can decide to Pick;
- Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
- VitalityHealthPlan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality;
- VitalityLifePlan means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme, administered by Vitality;
- Vitality Plan means a Vitality Select Plan and/or a Vitality Plus Plan, together ‘Vitality Plans’ and each a ‘Vitality Plan’;
- Vitality Plusmeans the benefit called “Vitality Plus” which is included on certain personal and business VitalityHealth Plans and can be added to corporate VitalityHealth Plans and VitalityLife Plans for an additional fee;
- Vitality Plus Members means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plus Plan;
- Vitality Plus Plan means either a;
i. VitalityHealth Plan under the following categories;
1. a personal healthcare plan;
2. a business healthcare plan;
3. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Plus;
4. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Plus;
but excluding 'Vitality at Work', 'Vitality Essentials' and 'Vitality Health Lite' products.
ii. VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Plus'
v. Vitality Programme means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related Rewards;
w. Vitality Select means the benefit which can be added to plans called “Vitality Select”;
x. Vitality Select Members means anyone 18 years old or over with an Active Vitality Select Plan;
y. Vitality Select Plan means either a:
i. VitalityLife Plan with Vitality Select;
ii. VitalityHealth Plan under one of the following categories;
1. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Select; or
2. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Select; or
iii. 'Vitality at Wok Enterprise' or 'Vitality at Work Business' product;
iv. 'Vitality Health Lite' product;
z. Vitality UK App means the Vitality member app which is available on ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices and allows Vitality members to manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme; and
aa. Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and Rewards once selected.
3. Eligible Members must achieve a Qualifying Week to enable them to Pick in a Selecting Week.
4. Eligible Members may unlock Discount Voucher(s) via the Weekly Pick Benefit, as follows:
i. The Weekly Pick Benefit is available via the Pick function and is available to all Vitality Select Members and Vitality Plus Members.
ii. Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week may Pick a Discount Voucher from the selection of Rewards available.
iii. Eligible Members must select the Discount Voucher with their Pick within the Selecting Week to receive the Discount Voucher.
iv. Upon selection, the Discount Voucher will immediately be stored in the Voucher Wallet.
v. Discount Vouchers must be used by 11:59pm on the Sunday of the week during which it has been selected as a Reward, irrespective of the time during the week the Discount Voucher was selected, following which it will expire and not be redeemable or available for use.
5. Eligible Members who do not Pick within the Selecting Week will lose the opportunity to collect a Reward for that week.
6. The Discount Vouchers will be subject to PizzaExpress’ own terms and conditions, which Vitality will notify to Eligible Members.
7. The Discount Vouchers will be subject to the following conditions;
a. The Discount Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other partner offer, (including but not limited to Tesco Clubcard, UNiDAYS, Blue Light Card or Avios), promotional offers or set menus, PizzaExpress Club Rewards, Offers or Set Menus, except for your Vitality weekly offer code – 25% off Selected Products, our Goodwill or How Did We Dough survey vouchers. Bills cannot be split to benefit from multiple discounts.
b. The Discount Voucher may not be used on click and collect orders or other delivery services.
c. Subject to clause 13, the Discount Voucher(s) are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
d. PizzaExpress run their own loyalty scheme. Offers will not be stackable with those from the loyalty scheme, however members will earn loyalty points on actual spend (although not on Voucher redemptions).
e. The Discount Voucher(s) are for an Eligible Member’s personal use and may not be (or attempted to be) re-sold or re-gifted to any other individual.
f. The Discount Voucher(s) are not valid on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
8. Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by PizzaExpress in relation to the Voucher(s).
9. Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing the Weekly Pick Benefit) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
10. Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points, or is otherwise unable to take up this Weekly Pick Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.
11. Vitality will not be liable for any lost Voucher(s), including but not limited to, where an Eligible Member has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, any technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure or network or server failure of any kind.
12. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Weekly Pick Benefit are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Voucher(s) or Weekly Pick Benefit with another voucher(s) or benefit of similar values.
14. Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Voucher to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Weekly Pick Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/) and data protection legislation.
16. Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Weekly Pick Benefit as the promoter.
17. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions covering the Weekly Pick function, the Weekly Pick terms and conditions shall prevail.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and by taking part in the Weekly Pick Benefit, Eligible Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
